Coping With The Challenges And Great Changes In The Past Ten Years
In the first half of 2012, 1802 home textile enterprises above Designated Size have achieved a total industrial output value of 115.82 billion yuan, and 15 industrial clusters have achieved an output value of 94.23 billion yuan. In terms of the number of enterprises and clusters alone, it was unthinkable 10 years ago.
And other subdivisions spin Different industries, home textile industry does not have a long history of development, since 2000, this 10 years is just the home textile industry from the rudiment to the vigorous development of the important period.
Before that, there was no concept of home textiles. At that time, a foot of cloth was pulled to lock the edge of the bed sheet, and the elastic cotton was put into the quilt cover sewn at home, and a quilt was made
Such a scene has been dust laden in the memory of the older generation. It reflects the hardships of life in that era, and also indicates that the household textiles closely related to people's life will eventually form a systematic scale industry.
Sure enough, in the past 10 years, the home textile industry has been rapid development, and become a new economic growth point in the textile industry.
The birth and prosperity of home textile industry
Since the 1990s, the home textile industry has experienced a process from less to full, from all to good, and then from good to strong.
In 2004, the home textile industry showed a blowout development. However, at that time, most factories only paid attention to production and processing, and did not have a strong desire to create a brand.
In 2005, entering the 11th Five Year Plan period, the total industrial output value of home textile industry reached 545 billion yuan, an increase of 21.65% over the same period. In 2010, the total industrial output value of the whole industry reached 1.15 trillion yuan, an increase of 111.01% over 2005, and an average annual growth rate of 16.11% was achieved in five years.
In the period of "the 12th Five Year Plan", the industry structure of China's home textile industry will be changed from the important period of "the 12th Five Year Plan" to "the second period of development".
In this year, the total industrial output value of 1548 domestic textile enterprises in the statistics reached 209.765 billion yuan, an increase of 23.09% over the previous year, the production and sales rate reached 97.97%, and the production and sales linkage was good; the total profit was 12.240 billion yuan, an increase of 37.27%. 59%, and the loss amount of loss making enterprises was 314 million yuan, which was far lower than the growth rate of loss amount of textile industry.
In the first half of 2012, China's home textile industry overcame various difficulties, such as rising production and logistics costs, inverted cotton prices at home and abroad, and sluggish export market. From January to June, the total industrial output value of 1802 home textile enterprises above designated size increased by 14.5% year on year; the 200 key enterprises tracked by China Home Textile Association realized 43.8 billion yuan of output value, with a year-on-year growth of 6.6%.
Export continues to grow and emerging markets grow strongly
China is a big textile export country. When home textile becomes an important subdivision textile industry, it will inevitably join the export army. According to statistics, as of 2011, China's domestic textile exports accounted for 48.6% of the global domestic textile exports, of which 53% were exported to the United States, Europe and Japan.
In 2004, China's bedding industry developed rapidly, the market scale increased rapidly, and the export volume and foreign exchange earnings also maintained the synchronous growth. Since the quota was cancelled in 2005, China's home textile industry has played a more important role in the global home textile market. And the total amount of domestic textile increased steadily in China.
From 2003 to 2005, the total export value of home textiles increased by 34.92%, 30.43% and 31.93% respectively, faster than that of textiles clothing 8-11 percentage points. The proportion of home textiles in textile and clothing exports also increased from 11% in 2003 to 13% in 2005. With the rapid development of home textile export, it occupies an increasingly important position in the whole textile and clothing industry.
In 2005, there were 668 kinds of domestic textiles exported, with a total export value of 15.384 billion US dollars. Among the export categories, the export volume of quilt products is relatively large, with an annual total export value of 2.38 billion US dollars, accounting for 15.47% of the total. The United States has surpassed Japan, which has been the first in China's bedding export. At the same time, China's export of bedding to the European Union to earn foreign exchange also has a rapid growth.
In 2008, the financial crisis swept the world, resulting in the negative growth of domestic textile exports in 2009. Although the export of home textile products showed signs of recovery at the end of the year, the unit price of home textile products generally fell, and more than 90% of the export products showed a decline in unit price. This is mainly due to the impact of the financial crisis, the decline in consumer income in Europe and the United States, and the increase in demand for medium and low-grade products.
By 2010, the export of the industry reached 29.78 billion US dollars, an increase of 93.59% over 2005, and an average annual growth rate of 14.12% in five years.
At the same time, the industry has accelerated the pace of building a diversified international market. In the past five years, while China's export volume to the three major trade markets of the United States, the European Union and Japan continues to increase, the proportion of the "three major markets" in China's total exports has decreased year by year.
In 2010, China's export shares to the United States and Japan were 25.59% and 11.22%, respectively, which were 2.11 and 4.32 percentage points lower than those in 2005. Relatively speaking, the scale of exports to emerging markets has expanded significantly.
In 2011, China exported 34.473 billion US dollars of home textile products, an increase of 16.18% over the previous year; the price of domestic textiles increased by 18.74% compared with that of the previous year, which was higher than the growth rate of export volume; the unit price of products in the whole year went up month by month, with the price increase of 10.44% in December compared with January. In the same year, China's exports to emerging economies showed a good growth trend. {page_ break}
Among them, exports to Russia, India and Brazil totaled US $1.981 billion, an increase of 39.85% over the previous year; exports to 10 ASEAN countries amounted to US $2.046 billion, an increase of 31.35%; and exports to South American countries other than Brazil reached US $1.101 billion, an increase of 33.63%.
China's exports to BRICs, ASEAN and South American countries increased by 35.01%, significantly higher than that of developed countries. In terms of global population distribution, developing countries account for about 90% of the world's population, and 95% of the new population is born here every year, which means that there is a huge potential demand for home textile products.
Domestic demand as endogenous driving force and cluster as guarantee for growth
From 2005 to 2010, the policy of "expanding domestic demand and maintaining growth" effectively promoted the development of home textile industry. Within five years, the proportion of domestic sales value in the total industrial output value increased steadily, from 75% in the initial stage to 80%. Since 2005, home
The domestic textile market maintained a strong momentum, and the sales revenue growth of 1712 domestic textile enterprises was 4% higher than that of foreign exchange earning through export.
In 2007, the domestic demand market of home textile was further expanded. Under the promotion of domestic demand consumption, the output value of home textile in the whole society still increased by more than 20%. The comprehensive strength of home textile industry and the ability of market combination and adjustment have been further improved. With the impact of the financial crisis, the economic performance of domestic enterprises is generally better than that of export-oriented enterprises.
During the Eleventh Five Year Plan period, the growth rate of industrial sales output value of home textile industry was significantly higher than that of export delivery value, and the proportion of domestic sales increased year by year. It can be said that the stable and sustainable development of China's national economy, the steady increase of national income and the gradual improvement of quality of life have become the most important factors to promote the development of home textile industry. The endogenous impetus of "expanding domestic demand" has played a key role.
With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of construction industry, people's requirements for living environment are increasing.
In addition, the continuous improvement of medical welfare level, the rapid development of tourism hotel industry, which constitute a strong domestic demand support for the development of home textile industry. From 2006 to 2009, the investment in real estate development increased by 23.14% annually, 890000 new medical and health beds and 1.254000 beds in various social welfare units were added. In 2010, there were about 2 million star rated hotels in China, a net increase of 800000 over the end of 2005, with an increase of 66.67%.
Located in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Guangdong, Hebei and other places, a number of "special, specialized and refined" industrial clusters have grown rapidly, which has promoted the home textile industry to form a complete industrial pattern and played an important role in the vigorous development of the home textile industry.
At the end of the 11th Five Year Plan period, the industrial output value of 15 industrial clusters exceeded 220 billion yuan, and the average annual growth rate of main indicators exceeded the industry average level. In 2011, the total industrial output value of enterprises under the scale of 16 industrial clusters increased by 5.86% over the previous year, and the production and sales rate was 92.92%; the export delivery value increased by 37.36%, significantly higher than the average growth rate of all enterprises.
At the same time, regional brand awareness has been significantly improved. Most industrial clusters rely on each other with relevant professional markets, and expand the industrial chain with the help of a strong network of professionals, which promotes the rapid development of industrial clusters. At present, there are 3 industrial bases and 20 characteristic cities (towns) in China.
In the 10 years of vigorous development, China Home textile industry It has encountered many setbacks, such as the financial crisis and rising costs. However, every time the crisis comes, the home textile industry can survive safely, and even maintain a certain growth rate. This is not unrelated to the environment, but also shows the tenacious vitality of the industry.
