    The linear density and length of fiber are the degree of fiber thickness.

    The length of a fiber refers to the length of the fiber.

    Textile fibers must have a certain linear density and length, so that fibers can be fused with each other and depend on the friction force between fibers.

    But the fabrics made of fine fibers are easy to pilling and pilling, and coarse fiber fabrics can be used to make stiff, rugged and thick fabrics.

    Chemical fibers are manufactured manually. The linear density and length of fibers can be controlled and determined in a certain range according to the requirements of fiber processing and use.

    The bulky yarn is first blended with two different shrinkage fibers to form yarns, and then the yarn is treated in steam or hot air or boiling water. At this time, the fibers with high shrinkage are contracted at the center of the yarn, and the low shrinkage fibers mixed with them are extruded on the surface of the yarn due to small shrinkage, thus obtaining bulky, plump and elastic bulky yarns.


      

    Core spun yarn

    Generally, synthetic filament yarns with strong strength and good elasticity are core wires, and yarns are twisted together with short fibers such as cotton, wool and viscose fibers.

    Core spun yarn has excellent properties of filament yarn and short fiber.

    The more common core spun yarn is polyester cotton core spun yarn, which uses polyester filament as core yarn and cotton fiber.

    There are also spandex core spun yarns which are made of spandex filament yarn and wrapped with other fibers.

    The knitted fabric or jeans material made of this core yarn is comfortable and comfortable when worn.
