Fake "Crocodile" Shoes Affixed With "Air" Brand.

The trademark "Air" is marked on the export shoes, but the trademark is torn apart, and the famous French "crocodile" trademark is revealed.

In May 30th, the Xiamen customs first seized infringing goods with this new method for camouflage, totaling 14172 pairs of casual shoes.

According to the introduction, a footwear company in the mainland has declared a number of casual shoes to Xiamen customs in Haicang office in the form of general trade.

During the inspection, the customs officers found that the "Air" trademark on the casual shoes was not abnormal.

But careful inspection of the customs officers found that some of the shoes were made of trademark materials which were different from the upper ones and were not completely bonded.

The officer tried to tear up the "Air" trademark on the shoe. Surprisingly, under the label, "another thing", a crocodile pattern embroidered on the vamp was revealed.

The logo of the logo has been recorded by the Customs General Administration for the protection of intellectual property rights.

After counting, a total of 14172 pairs of infringing shoes were disguised in the above ways.

At present, the Xiamen customs has detained the goods in accordance with the law.
