    The acetaldehyde recovery unit adopts distillation process, and then distillate the tail gas condensate of acetaldehyde extraction to obtain ethylene glycol, which has no effect on the original process, but produces good economic benefits.

    The raw material for the regenerated polyester is 100% polyester waste silk, and no auxiliary material is needed. The production technology is simple, the program is short, the energy consumption is low, no waste and no two times pollution.

    In this way, not only did waste silk waste, but also increased the efficiency of enterprises and promoted the sustainable development of enterprises.

    It is understood that in 2012, the Tong Kun group spent 11547 tons of waste silk, producing 11673 tons of regenerated polyester, the output rate was 101%, and sales revenue reached about 84430000 yuan, and achieved good economic and social benefits.

In the oxidation reactor, the raw materials and catalysts and accelerators will react at a certain pressure and temperature to generate high temperature tail gas through the compressed air.     In order to make rational use of these by-product steam and waste heat tail gas, Jiaxing Petrochemical Company commissioned SIEMENS Germany to design a 4 machine integrated compressor unit, namely steam turbine, air compressor, motor / generator and tail gas expander.

    After the completion of the P waste heat power generation project, the generating capacity will be 22000 kilowatts per hour and the maximum time will be up to 25000 kilowatts / hour. In addition to meeting the normal power consumption of the PTA main unit, there will be surplus electric power available for utilities in the whole plant.
