The magnet and needle coil in the upper and lower magnetic heads form a needle working magnetic field by the power supply of the access machine. When the iron material and other heterogeneous substances enter the needle area, it will cause changes in the local magnetic field environment, and then cause the transient magnetic current of the local magnetic field to fluctuate. The detected abnormal current will be transmitted to the control circuit board and compared with the sensitivity of the needle before set. When the current value reaches or exceeds the sensitivity of the needle set when the device is in use, the control circuit board will make a series of instructions such as alarm, stop, and belt back to the machine, and finally complete these actions.

The conveyor belt must be thoroughly cleaned and special cleaning cloth should be used. Because the surface of the conveyor belt is easy to dirty, it must be cleaned. The back of the conveyor belt should also be cleaned consciously. During daily use, contaminants containing trace iron can be attached. If the dirt is accumulated, even if there is no needle in the machine, it will react to the dirt on the conveyor belt.
