    According to the opinion, the specific supporting measures include: first, establish a new customs supervision mode for Electronic Commerce export and carry out special coordination; two, establish an export inspection and supervision mode for e-commerce; three, support the normal collection and settlement of enterprises; four, encourage banks and Payment institutions to provide payment services for cross-border e-commerce; five, implement tax policies suitable for e-commerce export; six, establish an e-commerce export credit system.
