Kunshan Convened The Twenty-Ninth International Fashion Federation World Fashion Conference

Si Baoling, vice president of Foreign Trade Department of the Ministry of Commerce, delivered a speech at the meeting. Vice president Zhang Xinmin of textile chamber of Commerce attended the meeting.

The annual convention is held in turn by IAF member countries and regions. For the first time in mainland China this year, about 240 industry representatives from 19 countries and regions such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Holland, Pakistan, Columbia and so on participated in the conference. Among them, 90 representatives from industry associations, enterprises and academic institutions in IAF countries and regions, and 150 Representatives from domestic enterprises and media.

The participants are senior professionals in the design, research, development, production, trade and information industry of various countries. They are a great event of international garment industry.

Chinese leading enterprises such as Tianhong Group, Shanghai silk, Jiangsu sainty, Bosideng and other business representatives also shared the successful experience of Chinese enterprises in brand development, product innovation and industrial chain integration.

P > IAF was established in 1976. It is a global industry organization. Its headquarters is located in Amsterdam, Holland. Its members include clothing industry associations, institutions and enterprises in more than 60 countries and regions. It represents more than 15 million enterprises and 5 million practitioners providing products and services for the clothing industry. It is the largest international garment industry organization and has a high influence in the international clothing industry.

The goal of IAF is to provide services to entrepreneurs and managers in the global apparel chain and provide a global information exchange platform for clothing production, circulation and trade.

The China Textiles Import and Export Chamber of Commerce formally joined the IAF in October 2010. The textile chamber of Commerce, President Jiang Hui, is currently a member of the board of directors and executive director of IAF. Vice president Zhang Xinmin is a member of the board of directors of IAF.
