China And Cotton Four Countries Jointly Issue Joint Communiques
< p > China and Benin, Mali, Chad, Burkina Faso, Africa, < a href= "http://www.91se91.com/news/index_c.asp" > cotton < /a > four countries jointly issued the joint press communiqu of the Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Commerce of four cotton trade under the WTO framework in Bali Island, Indonesia, and held a press conference.

The 20 million countries have helped to build and popularize excellent cotton varieties, pfer technology and experience, improve cotton planting, processing and trade capabilities, and promote the development of the cotton industry in four countries by making use of the cotton technology extension projects, providing agricultural materials, personnel training and technical cooperation.

< p > Gao Hucheng said that China is willing to further increase aid efforts and expand cooperation with the four cotton countries.
China will actively explore innovative ways of aid with the four countries, and focus on six measures to further deepen cooperation.
One is to build infrastructure, the two is to provide production materials, three is to increase training, four is to strengthen scientific research cooperation, five is to enhance trade capability, and six is to promote enterprise cooperation.
We hope to further help cotton four countries to enhance cotton production, processing, storage, pportation and trade capacity in an all-round way, and strive to make our cooperation in the cotton field a new bright spot in South South cooperation.
