300 Thousand Wenzhou Enterprises Want To Learn Migratory Birds To Spend The Winter

According to the data, 20% of the 30 manufacturing enterprises in Wenzhou are in a state of shutdown and semi shutdown, and more than 4 enterprises have gone bankrupt.
For the traditional manufacturing enterprises in Wenzhou, production costs, labor costs rise, raw material prices, RMB appreciation, export tax rebates cancellation plus loan interest rate increase are all unbearable factors.
Now, 300 thousand of Wenzhou's small and medium-sized enterprises are seeking to move.
Zhou Dewen, President of Wenzhou SME Development Association, said.
Not long ago, in late August, Zhou Dewen led some of the Wenzhou enterprises to visit Yingshang, Fuyang, Anhui. The local authorities promised to provide 1000 acres of land for the local Wenzhou enterprises to open up the "Wenzhou Industrial Park".
Wenzhou enterprises' big shift and migration are the way of evolution that many enterprises choose.
These enterprises are everywhere in Wenzhou, the most developed private economy in China.
To broaden their horizons, Wenzhou enterprises have extended their scope of examination to China as a whole.
In early 2008, when Vietnam's economic crisis did not erupt, Wenzhou's industrial pfer destinations even included Southeast Asian countries.
Zhou Dewen also visited South Lake industrial park before he led Wenzhou enterprises to Yingshang.
Liu Jianguo, chairman of the Pentium electrical appliance group he met, said that the company was officially located in the Jiaxing industrial park at the end of last year. The project covers an area of 345 mu, and it mainly produces and sells household electrical appliances after completion.

Data show that in the first half of this year, the production cost of footwear industry in Wenzhou increased by 20% over last year.
Industrial pfer seems to have become a panacea for the cost reduction of SMEs in the East.
In May 2003, Bishan introduced the "China shoe king" AOKANG, which invested 1 billion yuan from AOKANG group to build the "West China shoe capital Industrial Park". It covers an area of 2600 mu, and is built into the largest shoe material trading center in the west, shoe trading center and quality inspection center, and shoe brand enterprise production and processing base.
Due to the brand effect of AOKANG, the supporting manufacturers and sales merchants have followed up. 12 footwear enterprises such as Wenzhou shoe materials, Hangzhou Xinghua leather machinery, Chongqing Yuhua shoes industry and so on, have entered the industrial park. The first 937 acres of industrial land have been all arranged.
Sales of commercial shops have not yet been opened, and 566 shops have been purchased by more than half.
Zhang Shuhua, director of the China Leather Association, said that the footwear industry is a "migratory bird economy" and is always pferred to countries and regions where labor costs are low.
In the 60s of last century, the world shoe center was in Italy; in 70s, it moved to Japan and South Korea; in 80s, it moved to Taiwan, China; in 90s, it moved to Dongguan and Wenzhou.
Now, Wenzhou enterprises are promoting the shift of shoe industry center to central and Western China.
In fact, Zhang Shuhua's remarks are also applicable to the overall industrial pfer in Wenzhou.
For Wenzhou enterprises based on traditional manufacturing industry, cost is their lifeblood.
The Chinese mainland undoubtedly has the temptation of cost advantages such as land and labor.
Cheng Yunying said, compared with Wenzhou and other eastern coastal areas, in Chongqing Bishan every production of a pair of shoes, enterprises can save 20% of the cost.
Cheng Yunying calculated a cost account: in terms of water and electricity charges, the industrial electricity price in Bishan is 0.15 yuan cheaper than that in Wenzhou, and the labor cost per worker in Bishan is two hundred or three hundred yuan lower than that in Wenzhou per month. In the aspect of production materials, the cost of sole material is 9 yuan / double, which is 4 yuan cheaper than that in Wenzhou.
This can save a lot of cost for the 4 production lines and the production of more than 5000 pairs of shoes.
Now, in Zhou Dewen's eyes, land has become an important factor for Wenzhou enterprises to rush out.
Zhou Dewen stressed: Wenzhou's industrial land has reached 300 acres.
Due to the shortage of land, it is difficult for an enterprise to get more than 100 mu of land, which is obviously not conducive to the expansion of the scale of reproduction.
According to the director of Yingshang merchants Bureau, 14 enterprises in Wenzhou decided to settle on Yingshang Industrial Park. It is precisely because the local park is willing to provide 1000 acres of cheap land for these enterprises.
Cheng Yunying recalled that when AOKANG entered the "West shoe capital Industrial Park" in Bishan, the purchase price of land per mu was less than 40 thousand yuan, and it was also the clean land that the government had disposed of smoothly.
At that time, Wenzhou had at least several hundred thousand yuan per mu of industrial land.
AOKANG is not alone. According to the incomplete statistics of Wenzhou Statistical Bureau, there are more than 1000 enterprises in Wenzhou in the past year, and the total migration will be 1/4.
Chen Lifang is also one of them. Based on the type of enterprise, she is more concerned about the advantages of migratory resources (1801.550, -44.13, -2.39%, bar).
Chen Lifang ran a copper wire processing enterprise in Wenzhou. In 07 years, she sold all the shares of the company and moved the company to Yingtan, Jiangxi.
In Chen Lifang's view, the price of industrial land in Wenzhou has skyrocketed. Copper materials are totally dependent on the third party logistics. Bank loans are very difficult, and there is no resource advantage to speak of.
Yingtan is the largest copper production base in China. Its industrial land cost is only tens of thousands of yuan, and the support of the local government is relatively large.
Although for export enterprises, internal migration will increase the consumption of pportation costs, but this disadvantage can be compensated by the low cost of labor and facilities.
"There is no hesitation in comparison."
She sold her holdings only after two days of consideration.
This kind of drastic boat style has attracted many followers.
Feng Maoxun, the president of Wenzhou Copper Industry Association, also shifted her business to Guixi, Jiangxi province. He also pferred 4 local enterprises of the same size.
The pformation of enterprises into developers and the establishment of industrial parks in the mainland have become the main way of Eastern Enterprises' migration.
Unexpectedly, it became a major source of earnings for these first entrants.
According to a person familiar with the matter, in 2003, an Eastern enterprise took over 1000 mu of land in a county in Chongqing, less than 40 thousand yuan per mu.
Then the price of 78 thousand yuan per mu was sold to the later settled enterprises, and the final pfer price was higher and higher.
Only from the pfer of land, enterprises gain hundreds of millions of dollars. The experience of this shoe enterprise has pformed them from a business into a land developer.
This seems to be a major mode of entry into western enterprises.
So far, the "Industrial Park", which has been led by Wenzhou enterprises, has spread throughout Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and other countries, and has formed the "big brother and younger brother" industrial chain pfer with the small and medium-sized supporting enterprises.
In 2006, Wenzhou Kangnai group jointly invested about 2000000000 yuan in the construction of the "economic and trade cooperation zone" in usurusk, planning to occupy an area of more than 3400 mu, and plans to introduce 60 enterprises.
In April 2008, Wenzhou hahan Shoes Co., Ltd. and Nigeria Lagos Lai Ji free trade area signed an agreement to invest 500 million yuan in the area and build the largest African shoe making base covering 400 mu. The second phase of the 300 mu land will be introduced into the local shoe enterprises in the form of rental or pfer.
Although there are doubts about migration, some people choose to wait and see in the trend of enterprises shifting.
"The key to the relocation of production bases depends on the characteristics of the industry and the industry supporting conditions and the integrity of the industrial chain."
Chen Shisheng said.
Chen Shisheng is chairman of interstellar holdings.
The Wenzhou based group is currently China's largest manufacturer of alarm lights, sirens and police equipment, occupying more than 50% of the market. Now it is a state-level Torch Program key high-tech enterprise and Zhejiang high and new technology enterprise.

According to his experience, these development zones often welcome Wenzhou enterprises as a greeting of God of wealth, and offer attractive policies.
Chen Shisheng has focused on the Langfang Development Zone, but the lack of local industry support is the crux of its persistent hesitation.
"To take the footwear industry, Wenzhou has formed a complete industrial chain, including shoe making, leather processing, raw material procurement, logistics and warehousing, which will provide great convenience for shoe manufacturers and reduce costs.
Enterprises must look at the local industry supporting conditions, and go to the field alone, and ultimately bring about the cost increase.
Chen Shisheng said.
