China'S Textile Export Growth Slowed Down In October

In the first half of October this year, China's textile exports grew by eight point six percent over the same period last year, an increase of fifteen percentage points.

Of the 46000 Textile Enterprises above the scale, 2/3 of the enterprises have an average profit margin of only zero point one percent.

In the "China Europe supply chain social responsibility summit" and "China Textile and garment industry social responsibility annual meeting" held by reporters, we learned that in these 46000 textile enterprises, enterprises with innovative ability, scientific management and strengthening the implementation of social responsibility effect show certain risk tolerance capability, which accounts for 98% of the total profits of the whole industry.

Therefore, strengthening the implementation of social responsibility is of great significance for China's textile and garment industry to tide over the current difficulties.

The social responsibility summit was co sponsored by the China Textile Industry Association and the European trade association based in Brussels.

In this summit, with the theme of "cooperation", the two organizations will discuss with the business leaders of China and Europe in the global textile supply chain on further cooperation in implementing bilateral cooperation, adhering to social responsibility and implementing CSC9000T system, and jointly sign the Declaration on supply chain cooperation between China Textile Industry Association and European Trade Association.
