When replacing, the operator shall exchange the same type of products with the same specifications free of charge for the consumers. If there is no product of the same type or specification, and the consumer is unwilling to exchange other products, the operator shall return the goods according to the requirements of the consumers, and shall not collect depreciation fees.

< p > tenth after replacement of footwear, the "Three Guarantees" period of validity will be recalculated from the date of replacement, and the operator will provide a new three card or a replacement seal on the original three card and indicate the date of replacement.

The operator shall record truthfully the date of repair, the time of repair and the location of repair on the "Three Guarantees" certificate.
The operator has not repaired within the prescribed time limit, and the consumer is compensated by 2% of the price of the commodity invoice every day of the delay (the maximum compensation fee does not exceed the invoice price of the commodity, otherwise the consumer may choose to replace it).
The warranty period of footwear products should be deducted from the time required for maintenance and the period of validity of the "Three Guarantees" will be extended according to the time of deduction.

The cost of testing or identification shall be paid by the operator first, and the consumer will provide equal guarantee, which will ultimately be borne by the responsible party.
