Yu Han Shanghai owns two educational brands and related children's education businesses: FasTracKids (genius baby), FasTracEnglish (little earth).
Cheng Yuan, an analyst at Huatai Securities, said that Semir has signed more than 20 chain stores with Wanda and other shopping centers. Later, through the continuous investment and merger and acquisition of related industries such as children's education, animation, film and television, games and other related industries, after the integration of the whole service, the growth of the chain mode to the whole country is enormous.
Data show that at present, Semir children's clothing business has more than 3500 stores, about 5000000 VIP customer resources, Semir is expected to cut through these resources in the field of children's education. Zheng Hongwei said that Semir will take advantage of Yu Han's Shanghai and integrate resources of the company to carry out resource integration for China's children's education market.
Main business Recovering
After suffering too much inventory, many garment enterprises are still healing. However, the reporter has learned that the main business casual wear of Semir clothing has been gradually out of the mire. Zheng Hongwei said that Semir brand casual wear is gradually recovering its growth performance, and the growth rate is more than 5% in the first half of this year.
Zheng Hongwei said that in the past two years, Semir leisure business mainly carried out inventory, closed no profit shops, product upgrading and supply chain improvement. The cost and cost have been effectively improved. The company's inventory is in good health and is currently selling new products.
In order to get rid of inventory pressure, Semir apparel has been continuously strengthening its management in the supply chain. Zheng Hongwei told reporters that this year the company will push ahead with half of the supplier's plan to expand the original loose supply chain to the centralized supply chain, so that the company's order will be concentrated on large suppliers, and further cooperation with large suppliers will be made to control the delivery and quality of products and reduce procurement costs.
As Semir children's business continues to expand, when reporters ask whether children's business will gradually expand to half of the total business, Zheng Hongwei said: "this is impossible. At present, casual clothing enterprises are concentrating on a few leading enterprises. Under the impetus of brand centralization and consumption demand, the leading enterprises in the industry will usher in a new round of growth after adjustment."
