The planning scope is 4 cities in Guangzhou, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Yunfu and the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nanning, Liuzhou, Wuzhou, Guigang, Baise, visitor, and 7 cities in Guangdong province.
