Shandong Quality Supervision Bureau: 3 Batches Of Labor Protective Footwear Products Failed To Spot Checks

In the third quarter of 2014, the Shandong provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau sampled 53 batches of labour protective footwear products produced by 32 enterprises in the province, of which 3 batches of 3 batches of products did not meet the requirements of relevant standards.

　　 This time Spot checks are based on the requirements of GB 21148-2007 "personal protective equipment safety shoes", "GB personal protective equipment protection shoes", GB 21146-2007 "personal protective equipment professional shoes" and GB12011-2009 "foot protection electric insulation shoes" and other standards, and the general requirements for the footwear height, shoe seat area, shoe soles structure, shoe upper / outsole protection strength, toe protection of footwear, footwear, protection of Baotou's internal length, impact resistance of shoes, pressure resistance of shoes, specific ergonomics characteristics, and footwear safety footwear products, and so on, are based on the requirements of the standard "personal protective equipment footwear", "personal protective equipment shoes" and "GB12011-2009 shoes protection shoes and electric insulation shoes". Upper General requirements, upper thickness, uppers tear strength, shoe upper tensile properties, insole and insole thickness, non slip bottom thickness, outsole folding resistance, shoe piercing force (piercing additional performance), shoe piercing resistance structure (piercing additional performance), electrical insulation performance (insulation attached performance), antistatic shoes electrical performance (electrostatic additional performance), bottom anti slip area, anti slip sole thickness, outboard height pattern, logo 24 items were tested.
