Insiders said that although the functional footwear market has attracted the attention of enterprises, there are no standardized interpretations and production standards for functional footwear at present. This has also troubled many enterprises. Next, the association will define the functional footwear jointly with the national leather production promotion center, and discuss with the domestic footwear design center to formulate relevant production standards to standardize the functional footwear market.

We are going to do some tests specifically for the functional footwear. We will specifically explore the standards for drafting this industry to standardize the market slowly."
