The park is located at the junction of Baqiao and Lintong in Xi'an, and north of the 108 National Road toll station in Lintong, which is located in Lintong tourism and commercial development zone. It passes through the 108 National Road Xi'an Lintong 20 minutes drive. The Longhai railway, the Zhengxi Passenger Dedicated Line, the Xikang railway cross the East West, the G30 highway and the 310 National Highway, the oblique (Han) - Han (Yu) crosses the oblique mouth; the regional superiority is obvious, the logistics pportation is convenient.

The plan covers an area of about 500 mu, with a planned construction area of about 400 thousand square meters and an investment of about 850 million yuan.

The park will form 8 service platforms after the operation, and boost the garment enterprises to become bigger and stronger. The establishment of the park will change the scattered distribution of the traditional clothing industry, and form an industry alliance development. It will promote the pformation of garment enterprises from the introduction of raw materials, manpower allocation, production and life, and resource sharing mode.
