At present, the credit rating of foreign-related units is classified into A, B two, etc., which is examined and assessed by the public security organs' population and entry exit administration departments according to foreign-related management work.

The public security organs give priority to accepting visa for foreigners who are assessed as A and other foreign entities, shorten the time limit for issuing certificates, extend the time limit for visas and residence, and apply for foreigners' visas to foreign-related units such as B, etc. according to the prescribed time limit and residence time.

At present, the public security organs in Changsha have carried out the credit rating evaluation of foreign-related units in schools and training institutions. The results of the first batch of reputable units have been evaluated, including 14 reputable foreign-related units such as A and 37 reputable foreign related units such as B.

According to the introduction of the population and entry and exit management detachment of the Changsha Municipal Public Security Bureau, it is the requirement of the state's entry and exit laws and regulations to carry out the registration and evaluation of the reputation of foreign-related units. It is also an important measure for the public security organs to strengthen the service and management of foreign-related units, and is a realistic need for further standardizing the management of foreign-related units.
