So Liu immediately took his son to the city to buy more iron, motor, bearings, a little bit of drawing, a little bit of welding, and then a few cubic meters of machine appeared.

If the first generation is a box, the machine is like an oversized wardrobe. On the side of the machine, there are 12 bases which are used to put vegetable blocks in different sizes. When running, the workers on both sides put different sizes of taro, carrot, purple potato block on each base, and start the machine at the same time. A row of "hat" goes down, the blades rotate under the power drive, and a lot of colorful vegetable balls on the other side of the passageway roll out. It takes only 8 seconds to complete such a round.

Liu Qifang had no idea about machinery. He worked for a while in a food processing plant in Laiyang many years ago. Jiaodong peninsula is a major frozen product production base in the country, and Laiyang's taro, sweet potato and potato frozen products are continuously sold to Korea and other places every year. Because there are no relevant processing machines, many factories have always relied on manual cutting by workers. Every winter, the taro of the water is frozen, and the workers' fingers are red. Because the taro is greasy and slippery, the workers often cut their hands. Since then, he has been wondering how to develop a machine for cutting taro.

"Fortunately, the son has been accompanied by filial piety." Asked him for years of hard work and persistence, Lao Liu could not say for a long time, but when he reached out his hand, there were many fine scars on the top.
