SAIC Reveals 6 E-Commerce Platform Selling Behavior
On the eve of February 12, the electricity supplier once again became the focus of public attention.
Yesterday, SAIC announced the results of the sampling survey on the promotional products of the e-commerce platform during the double eleven period. It confirmed that the samples of the 8 batches were counterfeit goods, accounting for 36.4% of the sample, including 3 Tmall, 1 2 stores, Lok bee network, suning.com and Amazon 1.
There are 7 batches of samples whose quality is unqualified or labels are not legal.
The sample detected involves six categories: shoes, bags, accessories, gifts, cosmetics and digital accessories.
The results of spot checks showed that among the 207 batches of samples, 15 samples of 6 electronic business platforms were found to be counterfeit goods or highly suspected counterfeit goods. The quality of the 7 batches of samples was unqualified or the labels did not comply with the law.
The sample detected involves six categories of shoes, bags, accessories, gifts, cosmetics and digital accessories, with a detection rate of 10.6%.
The brands involved include NewBalance, Adidas (Adidas), Burberry, Zippo (Zippo), Estee Lauder (EsteeLauder), Elizabeth Aden (ElizabethArden), Kingston (Kingston), Cox (coach), MontBlanc (Montblanc), Sigg (Sigg) and other international famous brands.

The "fast moving outdoor franchise store", "Rong Gu sports franchise store" and "nine hundred degree outdoor franchised stores" are the top 2 stores in 1, accounting for 25% of the certified samples, respectively, from "amumu".

"Yue Yi Hui Hui franchise store", Lok bee net, suning.com, Amazon 1, accounting for 12.5% of the certified samples, respectively, from the joy bee network self run, suning.com's "Oriental fashion shop" and Amazon's "nine cents hall e-commerce."
The 7 batches of samples with unqualified quality or labels do not meet the requirements of the 1 batches of "daily flagship store", "Gymboree treasure store", "Shanghai fan Jia Trading Co., Ltd.", "seasheep official flagship store" on Tmall online, "Guangzhou Hanwang trading company" on Tmall and Amazon seasheep products.
Another 7 batches of samples suspected of counterfeiting goods, including 4 batches of gifts, 2 batches of cosmetics, 1 batch of bags, are currently being further analyzed and confirmed.

Recently, the Beilun District Market Supervision Bureau has received a telephone call from the trademark owner concerned to inspect the shop according to law.
In the store and warehouse, a total of 90 "LV" bags, 47 Prada bags and 69 Chanel bags were found.
When the inspector asked the shop to claim a relevant trademark registration certificate, trademark license certificate, purchase document, manufacturer's information and purchase ledger, Zhang couldn't provide it.
According to the survey, Zhang opened the luggage shop in Beilun last year, but his business is not good.
"I heard that big imitation bags are better to sell, so I want to have a try."
Zhang said he bought a batch of counterfeit "LV", "Prada" and "Chanel" handbags and purses from Guangzhou in July this year.
"I have told the two employees in the store that customers must be high imitation when they come to buy."
Zhang stressed that so far, these bags have not yet been sold.
"Although the price is not as good as 1/10 of the genuine product, all these brand handbags, wallets, dustbags, bags, plastic bags, cards, manuals, invoices and even packaging ribbons are available."
Ms. Kim, who came to the store, said that the imitation brand bags sold in the shop were very high.
"At present, we have received the appraisal certificate issued by the registered trademark rights holders of these brands in China, the Beijing authorized Intellectual Property Agency Limited, which confirms that the bags are all counterfeit products that infringe the exclusive right to use registered trademarks."
According to the relevant staff responsible for the case, at present, the counterfeit leather bags have been seized by law, Zhang is not only facing the administrative punishment of the market supervision department, but also can be pferred to the public security organ for criminal punishment if the amount of money involved has reached a certain standard.
