Guangdong Quality Supervision Bureau: Down Garment Inspection 25% Unqualified

The official website of the provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau announced the results of special supervision and spot checks on the quality of Guangdong down garment products in 2014, and the rate of unqualified products was 25%.

In this survey, 60 enterprises in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Shantou, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Shunde and other 9 cities were produced.

The 60 batch of products is based on GB 18401-2010, "basic safety technical specification for national textile products" and "GB 5296.4-2012".

Instructions for use: fourth parts: textiles and clothing ", the existing effective enterprise standards and product quality indicators and requirements for the record, and the inspection of 16 items of product description (identification), fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, decomposable carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes, water fastness, dry / wet rubbing fastness, color fastness, light fastness, duck feather (down) content, down pile filling, down pile content, down feather content, down oxygen consumption, down cleaning and feather smell.

Spot checks found that 15 batches of products were unqualified, involving Kui K.FLOWER, MIGAINO man ya (hang tag), Wijs VJC, YVES FIGARAU, STYLE WOMAN, Distin kidny, SHOW BA BA Xiu Bei Er, Li Hong international, Lei Lai Zi (hanging tag), Lei, Deng Deng Hao, Kuo, H & t, pencil club, Jiayi and other brand products.

The unqualified items were mainly fiber content, color fastness, cashmere content, down content, filling and cleanliness.

Guangdong provincial quality and Technical Supervision Bureau has instructed relevant departments to deal with the unqualified products and their production enterprises found in the special supervision and spot check according to the relevant laws and regulations.

In the fourth quarter of 2014, the Lishui Municipal Bureau of quality and technical supervision organized a sample of 53 batches of products produced by 53 enterprises, involving 4 industries, including textile, light industry, metallurgy and machinery, with 49 batches of qualified, and the pass rate of batches was 92.45%.

According to the results of spot checks, 3 batches of artificial leather products failed.

Among them, a batch of artificial leather (specification 1 * 1300mm production date or batch number 2014.9.10) of Zhejiang metcom Leather Co., Ltd. is not qualified for its width and limit deviation and elongation at break.

A batch of artificial leather (vamp used polyurethane artificial leather) of Zhejiang Zhong Ao Leather Industry Co., Ltd. (specification type 1 * 1380mm production date or batch number 2014.10.14/20141012), its breaking elongation rate item is not qualified.

A batch of artificial leather (polyurethane dry artificial leather) of Zhejiang Futian Leather Co., Ltd. (specification 0.75 * 1370mm production date or batch number 2014.10.2/20141002), its width and limit deviation, elongation at break, folding fastness and cold resistance are not qualified.

Elongation at break is the key to measuring the quality of artificial leather products. When the drawing value is small, the toughness of adult leather products will not be enough. For example, the wearing of artificial leather is stiff and rigid, and it can not be stretched freely.

If the quality of folding fastness is not good, cracks will appear.

For example, artificial leather is used for vamp, and the vamp will break from time to time as people walk around.

If it is not well broken, some cracks will appear on the upper part of the shoe. Artificial leather clothing will also cause cracks on the sleeve and elbow joints due to the movement of the crank arm, which will affect the appearance and service life.

Cold resistance is also a key quality index, which is related to the fastness of artificial leather coating.

Cold resistance is not qualified, will result in artificial leather products in the use of low-temperature environment, the product surface coating cracks, serious fracture will occur, affecting the appearance and service life of the product.

Quality Supervision Department reminded that before purchasing artificial leather products, consumers should see whether the surface coating is uniform, no damage, wipe the surface, and see if it is fading.

In the process of use, avoid getting near the heat source, prevent the aging of artificial leather products, avoid using in extremely cold weather as far as possible, prevent cracks caused by bending, try not to move in climbing or dense forests, so as not to be damaged by branches or rocks.
