    Optimizing the width of needle punching machine and reducing the cost

    The width of the needle punching machine is generally 2.5~2.8 m, 3.6 m and 4.5 m. The needle punching machine used for producing geotextile needle nonwoven material is wide in width, and some can reach 10 m or larger width.

    Because the spindle box needle punching machine adopts the imitation Fehrer company's spindle box body structure, is restricted by the headstock box size, the single box body is generally 1.1~1.4 meters.

    After taking full account of the shrinkage effect of the width of the mesh, the needle punching machine with lower width can be configured in turn when the needle punching machine is configured, so that the cost of the equipment can be effectively reduced.

    There are two kinds of pricking needles, which are downward needling and upward spines, usually using downward stabbing machines, and a few enterprises use upward punching models.

    The upward spines are mainly used when producing low surface density products.

    When using the upward stabbing machine, the fiber net is needled upward from the bottom, so the net will vibrate with the needle closer to the top supporting plate, and with the action of the needles between the supporting plate and the peeling net. This will help the net pass smoothly through the needle punching machine.

    If the downward stab machine is used, the net will be tightly attached to the underside of the supporting net plate under the action of the needle, and the fiber net is not easy to move forward, resulting in the blockage of the fiber net, thus affecting the smooth progress of production.

    In the selection of needle punching machines, needle punching machines should be selected scientifically and reasonably.
