    Next, aid lawyers repeatedly persuaded a labor dispatch company in Guangyuan to hope that the company could sign and seal He Yu's occupational disease, but they were all rejected.

    Due to the full preparation of materials, two months later, the labor and personnel dispute arbitration court of the city ruled that the labor dispatch company was relieved of its illegal employment contract and made clear the type and position of He Yu.

    In November 2, 2013, Guangyuan CDC diagnosed ho Yu as the two phase of silicosis.

    In April 24, 2014, the city's Bureau of human resources and social security decided that he suffered from silicosis and was injured in June 17, 2014.

    The Identification Committee identified that he suffered from silicosis with grade four disability.
