The Dalian municipal SASAC and the high tech Zone Management Committee held the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation framework agreement on scientific and technological innovation.

We will jointly build a "public innovation space"; the SASAC and the hi tech Development Zone will work together to set up the "2025 innovation fund" to support the settlement in high-tech zones.

The SASAC encourages the municipal state-owned enterprises to register and set up various types of technology R & D institutions in the hi tech Zone, and the high and new technology zones give corresponding policy support in the fields of land and research funding.
