In September 14th, 48 imported Japanese air-jet looms were put into production. In November, 48 Japanese air-jet looms were installed and debugged and put into production. In 2016, 200 water jet looms and other matching equipment were added.

After the project is put into operation, it is expected to produce 30 million meters of high grade imitation silk.

The annual output value will reach 200 million yuan, and annual profits and taxes will be 5 million yuan.

The machine is a shuttleless loom that uses jet air to draw weft across the shed. In a few shuttleless looms, the air-jet loom is the highest speed. Due to the rational weft insertion mode, high insertion rate, simple and safe operation, it has the advantages of wide variety adaptability, less material consumption, high efficiency, high speed and low noise.

Huanggang run Sheng Xiang Textile Co., Ltd., which was put into operation in September 16th, is a company specializing in the production of blended yarn and elastic fabric, invested by Guangdong Foshan Tian Mao Textile Co., Ltd.

The total investment is 230 million yuan.

At present, 3 factories have been built, with an area of 20 thousand square meters, and 4000 square meters of dormitory buildings and office buildings.

On the 16 day, 120 water looms were put into production.

The company plans to follow up 400 looms and 100 imported air-jet looms and related facilities.

After the project is completed, it can produce 25000 tons of mixed viscose line and 60 million meters of elastic cloth annually, achieving an annual output value of 600 million yuan and a profit of 50 million yuan.
