In accordance with the requirements of the implementation of the training program, the state departments have designated the lead departments to train the relevant departments of prefectures, counties, cities, village cadres and cotton processing enterprises in batches, and strive to do all the personnel involved in the reform of cotton price target to be familiar with the relevant policies of the state and autonomous regions.
The training group will be organized by the trainees to carry out training and publicity work in counties and cities.
The county Party committees and the people's government separately organize relevant training until the training is implemented at the village level.

After the implementation of the cotton target price reform, we will increase investment in the construction of water-saving irrigation projects and high-quality cotton production bases in Xinjiang, increase subsidies for agricultural machinery purchase and agricultural insurance premiums, and continue to subsidize the pportation of cotton.
