"Taiwan Textile Exhibition" Continues To Extend Its Tentacles In Dhaka

Organized by the Taiwan Textile Development Association (TTF), "Taiwan Textile Fair South Asia-2015 2015", held in India and Sri Lanka in 2015, extends tentacles to Bangladesh for the first time this year.

The United States Department of Commerce announced that it would hold the first intelligent fabric summit in Washington in April 4, 2016 to cooperate with the International Industrial Textiles Association (IFAI).

The summit aims to provide the public and private sector leaders with the latest developments in the smart fabric industry in terms of technology, clothing and textiles, and discuss the challenges associated with the cooperation and industry.

As an innovation leading institution in the United States, the Ministry of commerce plays a unique role in promoting cooperation between leaders of the public and private sectors.

The summit is an opportunity to discuss factors affecting the development of smart fabric industry, including R & D funds, intellectual property rights, standards, classification and health regulations.

This means that the progress of the new industry will also provide new employment opportunities for the US manufacturing industry.

The International Industrial Textiles Association (IFAI) is the most important trade organization representing the advanced textile industry.

IFAI, founded in 1912, represents more than 1500 member companies, including manufacturers and suppliers of smart fabrics like sunshade fabrics and other specialty textiles.

In the coming year, the smart textile industry will continue to expand its technological progress to the undeveloped market.

According to research firm TracticaLLC analysis, by the end of 2016, the world's smart clothing market will grow from $17 million 200 thousand in 2013 to $600 million.
