1 billion 888 million 540 thousand yuan of subsidy funds will be allocated to the county (city).
After deducting 1 billion 435 million 550 thousand yuan of cotton target price reform subsidies allocated in counties (cities) in December 2015, the Bazhou Finance Bureau allocated 453 million yuan to the subsidy funds of cotton subsidies in various counties (cities): among them, seed cotton sales volume was subsidized by 450 million yuan, and the special cotton sale volume was subsidized by 3 million yuan.
After the 2015 cotton target price reform subsidy funds were put in place, the cash payment standard for cotton reform subsidy reached: 1.99 yuan / kg for the sale of upland cotton, and 2.58 yuan / kg for special cotton sales.
It is estimated that the subsidy funds for cotton target price reform in all counties (cities) of 2015 will be completed by March 20, 2016.
