Eaton Ji De, The First Original Book Of Philosophy In China, Will Benefit Hundreds Of Thousands Of Rural Children.
In the morning of July 2nd, the first complete set of the original children's philosophy fairy tales "Cool Bear" was held in the National Library.

It was jointly sponsored by the Education Research Institute, Hubei Education Press, Youth Education Institute and Eaton Ji De, the Chinese contemporary psychologist, Professor Lin Chongde, senior professor of the series, honorary editor in chief of the series, Mr. Zhu Yongxin, vice chairman of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China, editor in chief of the series, vice president of Wang Xiong of the Education Research Institute of twenty-first Century, and many famous educational experts in the country attended the twenty-first Century.
This fairy tale covers 54 themes of life philosophy in primary and secondary education. In the process of publication, it has passed the "story field" public welfare project for more than 2000 rural small schools to take the power of thinking, benefiting at least one hundred thousand rural children.
According to the introduction, "Cool Bear Bear" series as a national "twelve. Five" key publishing project, which has been carefully polished for twelve years and won the 2016 recommendation of Harvard University Chinese Education Forum.
Fang Ping, President of Hubei Education Press, said that the book is now plated into four languages and published overseas.
At the press conference, Mr. Lin Chongde, a contemporary psychology expert in China, said, "the publication of the complete collection of the philosophical fairy tales of" Cool Bear "is very well chosen. It was published at the twenty-fourth World Philosophy Conference in China.
The theme of this conference is moral philosophy, and the complete works of "Cool Bear" philosophy fairy tales are just about children's moral philosophy.
At the same time, he also believes that "in some sense," Cool Bear "provides support for the development of Chinese children's core literacy, and this book is in line with the age characteristics of children's psychological development, skillfully integrating the difficulties and frustrations that children may encounter, and the resulting thinking and behavior.
Zhu Yongxin, the famous educator, the vice chairman of the Central Committee of the people's Republic of China and the honorary editor in chief of the series, presented the core idea of the series editors to the reporters at the press conference.
"Children's philosophical feelings are like flowers themselves. They need sunshine and need empowerment.
If you want to make your child an excellent person, philosophy is a required course. Philosophy gives people an open mind, a free mind and a wise attitude towards life.
Wang Xiong, deputy editor in chief of the series and the twenty-first Century Education Research Institute, believes that the most important thing in education is to give children the values and power of thinking that lays the foundation for their life.
He told reporters, "the reason why we insist on doing this book's creation and publication is because we see the short board of children's value education now."
It is only the first step in the long march for children to tailor a set of "philosophy textbooks" to see a book. The development of books and education mode is the highlight.
Beginning in 2014, the twenty-first Century Education Research Institute and Eaton education public welfare jointly launched the "story field" public welfare project, donated fairy tale books to small rural schools, and devoted themselves to children's multiple experiences of listening to stories, telling stories and performing stories.
After more than two years of solid promotion, the "story field" public welfare project has gone deep into more than 10 provinces in China, and has entered more than 2000 small rural schools located in remote areas, opening and filling the spiritual world of hundreds of thousands of rural children.
He Lingling, a teacher at the new Kiln Primary School in Chongxin County, Gansu Province, complained of changes in students' participation in the reading of philosophical fairy tales. "I think every child is a lovely philosopher."
In response to this, Liu Qiong, President of the Chinese Academy of Applied Philosophy and the director of education at Tong Xing Xing, said, "I am very moved to see these 54 values, because I see that our traditional Chinese culture, including filial piety, benevolence, and so on, has an open trend of keeping pace with the times, including entrepreneurship and public welfare. It is really a very good attempt."
The "story field" public welfare project has so far joined the public welfare agencies such as the love chest, the Thanksgiving foundation, the Shanghai river network, the mutual plus plan, and teaching for China. Now it is looking for more storytelling people in the whole country to take practical and interesting philosophical stories for more children in the countryside.
