Nike LGBTQ Pride Month Is Coming. Rainbow Colors And Pink Triangle Occupy Sports Shoes.

In order to embody multicultural tolerance and not miss a large number of consumer groups, brands are constantly approaching LGBTQ groups from products and marketing.

June is the pride month of LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transexual, Questioning) every year.

This year, Nike has continued its tradition of salute for LGBTQ pride month, launching a new version of the BeTrue2018 series four sports shoes, which will be launched in early June 2018.

The new series of four sports shoes are Nike VaporMax Plus, Air Max 270, Zoom Fly and Epic React Flyknit respectively.

In the design of the four pairs of shoes, Nike mainly used lavender and pink triangular pattern, decorated with rainbow coloured decoration.

In the official presentation, Nike said that lavender color represents the most early and classic color of LGBTQ culture, and is also a symbol of the LGBTQ group before the rainbow.

As for the pink triangle, Nike said it was because of the "logo used to represent LGBTQ people during World War II" and was re launched in 1970s.

The origin of LGBTQ pride month was traced back to June 28, 1969. The New York police raided a gay bar called Stonewall. The rebellion of homosexuals was aroused by this raid.

In second years, the first gay rights movement took place in New York, and then spread to Losangeles and San Francisco on the west coast.

June has also become the pride month of LGBTQ.
