Because of less sizing, less sizing, less fabric defects, less cloth, and less fabric mill, there is no need for large moisture in the machine shop because there is no starch component. After desizing, no desalting of enzymes is needed, hot water can be desquamed continuously, and desizing is very thorough.

    Through the introduction of product characteristics, green sizing optimization, green sizing process and technology control, and the introduction of several parts of sizing performance and weaving effect, the following conclusions are reached.

    Yarn dyed non iron fabric should be selected instead of PVA instead of high grade starch, and solid propene slurry can effectively improve the viscosity stability of the slurry. The sizing rate and sizing moisture regain should be increased by using the sizing agent without PVA, so as to ensure the integrity of the serous membrane and enhance the sizing index. After dyeing, the yarn hairiness is more, and 3 wet dividing rods are used for sizing, which can effectively lay down the hairiness and ensure weaving to make the openings clear. The use of no PVA Green formula is superior to the sizing and desizing, and the cloth feel and ironing are improved.

    3. Process optimization and quality control of sizing process

    Sizing is a systematic project. With the continuous improvement of fabric grades, the emergence of new fibers and the requirements of environmental protection, the sizing process optimization and quality control work must be constantly updated and progresses. Only by doing a solid job in every job of "man, machine, material, method and ring" can we serve the latter better and lay a solid foundation for technological progress and product upgrading of enterprises.

    4. Breakthrough and innovation of sizing machine

    5. Characteristics and sizing process analysis of new cellulose yarns

    And so on, the demand for new fiber pairs is increasing. How to use new fibers to meet the needs of the society is also a topic in textile production today, such as Tencel fiber, Modal fiber, bamboo fiber and so on.

    Ji Dexin's report focuses on the discussion of new fiber sizing process, the key points of moisture regain control and the selection of size.

    The new cellulose fiber has the characteristics of high strength, less impurities, less loss of Mao Yuchang, wet elongation, strong fibrillation, low wet strength and so on. Therefore, it is advisable to adopt the medium low temperature sizing process.

    The sizing rate can be controlled at about 8%~11%, the moisture regain is controlled at about 12%, the grouting force is 25~30KN, and the sizing speed is 60~70 meters / min.

    The grabbing system can meet the needs of various types of packaging yarn, automatic loading of the stacking yarn and automatic switching of the fixture. The feeding system can realize automatic positioning, accurate pfer of the cheese and no distinction between the size and the head. The recovery system can realize automatic recovery, feeding and positioning.

    9. Environmental impact and treatment of desizing wastewater containing PVA

    The four processes are more mature for the treatment of PVA containing wastewater. However, compared with those without PVA, there are many problems such as complex treatment process, high operation cost, difficult operation and management, high one-time investment cost and large occupied area. The use of PVA slurry has to deal with wastewater through complex treatment, resulting in a sharp rise in processing difficulty and cost.

    Therefore, in today's enormous environmental pressures, it is very important for the textile and dyeing industry to promote the new green slurry, reduce the amount of PVA, or improve the biodegradability of PVA through chemical means.
