The announcement shows that Shanghai Semir intends to pfer 26% of the shares of Shanghai Sen Sen to the Shanghai hitas (unpaid part), while the other 4 core executives pferred their shares of Shanghai Sen to Mr. Jiang Xiao Yong and Shanghai HDA (Shanghai HDA for Mr. Jiang Shaoyong's actual control of the enterprise).
At the same time, the parties also agreed to increase the registered capital of Shanghai Sen from RMB 20 million to RMB 34 million, and Mr. Jiang Shaoyong increased the amount of RMB 14 million yuan to Shanghai Sen Sen, Shanghai.
