The annual production of 30 thousand tons of polyester staple fiber post spinning production line is also in progress.

Successfully passed the inspection and formally put into operation.

As early as 2004, the company introduced an annual output of 20 thousand tons produced by Zheng textile machinery.

After more than 10 years' verification, the quality of the equipment of Zheng spinning machine is excellent, and its service is timely and effective, which left a deep impression on our customers.

Therefore, when the customer considered expanding the production, first found Zheng spinning machine to make a plan for it, and signed a procurement contract only once once, once again, the scope of supply was also extended from the traditional equipment supply to the one-stop service including engineering design and process guidance.

The production line began to be installed in March 16th. The installation technicians of Zheng textile machinery risked the high temperature at 40 degrees Celsius, and began to work in a tight and orderly way for public works construction and equipment installation. It adhered to the principle of high standards and strict requirements, and did all the work in detail.

At the request of customers, Zheng textile machine dispatched experienced craft engineers to assist its production and further improve its fiber quality.

Under the guidance of engineers, customers will produce 1.0d, 1.2D and 1.4d within ten days.

The product indicators all reach the first grade requirement.

The client gave highly recognition and affirmation to the equipment and service of Zheng spinning machine, then signed the process acceptance report, which drew a successful conclusion for the project installation task of the 30 thousand ton polyester staple spinning production line.

The project is in Zhengzhou Textile machinery.

The first project of polyester staple production line, which covers engineering design, equipment production and process start-up, is also a milestone for the development of Cheng Fang textile chemical fiber product.
