    The exhibition of "China 4X30 South Zhangbei Wang Dongwu Xi Liang" exhibition is a miniature of these 30 years.

    The art exhibition, named "40", is a group of quite meaningful figures: "4", pointing to the 4 most representative and meaningful designers in contemporary China -- Zhang Zhaoda, Wang Xinyuan, Wu Haiyan and Liang Mingyu; they are often referred to as "Four Heavenly Kings" in the Chinese costume design art circles.

    "30" means that Chinese fashion has gone through the 30 years of China's reform and opening up. During this period of development and change, Chinese fashion participants, contributors and witnesses continue to explore the way forward.

    The theme art exhibition is a collection of four artists representing 30 years of art. The fine arts exhibited from the field of costume design to other works of art include clothing art, installation art, oil painting, sculpture, ink painting, calligraphy, seal cutting and so on.

    Most importantly, these creations from different periods and different artists have shown similar Chinese fashion exploration paths: from "beauty to the west" to the combination of Chinese and Western cultures, in recent years, they have returned to Oriental Aesthetics and are showing the most outstanding works of Chinese style, the beauty of China and the cohesion of Chinese power with unprecedented confidence.

    Wu Haiyan, President of the school of design and art of The China Academy of Art and President of WHYDESIGN Wu Haiyan textile and garment (Design) Co., Ltd., Beijing, recalled that from 1988 to 1998, Chinese enterprises began to focus, and everyone began to know what brands were. From 1998 to 2008, the entire Chinese educational and design circles began to rise and trained a large number of Chinese designers.     But at the same time, China's clothing design and industry have reached a bottleneck stage, which is also the consensus of the industry.

    Li Chaode, a professor at Soochow University, pointed out that in the future development of fashion industry, we should seriously consider how to establish our own discourse system in such a world, how to deal with such a big technology era, and how to establish an aesthetic character of China in the scientific and technological era.

    The more important driving force for Xu Ping is the pursuit of art, that is, to truly dress as an art industry that can lead the future.

    Ma Jianjun, vice-chairman of the group of directors of the Heng Tian cultural industry investment group and the fashion Beijing organizing committee, said that the theme art exhibition is not only a review and summary of the first generation of Chinese designers' way of art, but also a microcosm of the development and change of Chinese fashion in the past 30 years.

    Looking at the history of global fashion industry, the sprouting, generation and development of fashion industry are always closely linked with economic development.

    With the brilliant achievements of reform and opening up, China's fashion industry has gone through unusual and noteworthy 30 years.
