H&M Self Help To Do "Add And Subtract" To Close Cheap Monday And Expand Arket
According to the fashion headline news, H&M group's independent brand Arket plans to further expand its business, open online shops in Norway, and set up stores in Antwerp and Brussels, Belgium. In the future, it plans to enter Luxemburg, France and other markets.
In 2017, ARKET announced its launch. According to the reports, the first brand store continued to appear in Europe, Regent Street in London, and the electricity supplier was also on line to serve 18 European markets.
Up to now, Arket has 17 stores in the world, of which 6 are in the UK, the largest market of the brand.
Under the pressure of performance, H&M has been adjusting its brand layout.
In November 2018, H&M announced that it would close its denim brand Cheap Monday to focus on its core business development.
In April 2018, H&M's brand new Nyden appeared, but it was "aborted" in just 4 months. It was withdrawn by H&M and no longer existed as an independent online brand.
On the other hand, H&M is also changing channels to increase electricity providers in the Chinese market.
In October 16, 2018, H&M's high-end brand COS entered Tmall, which is the only online store in China except COS.
According to the latest earnings report, H&M group achieved the highest sales growth in the four quarter in the three quarter, an increase of 6%.
