Recycled Carbon Fiber Made Seats, Perfect Fusion Of Art And Technology

This exquisite carbon fiber chair is a masterpiece recently launched by engineers of Holland designer Malin and NLR in Holland.

It uses recycled carbon fibers, made by automatic placement technology, capable of mass production, and has unique patterns.

To this end, Malin, the famous interior designer of Holland company, ABEL/BREED and NLR's engineers put forward this green, scientific and creative move.

In March 2017, they used advanced fiber placement robots to create the world's first recycled carbon fiber chairs and LED modeling lamps, and for the first time exhibited a prototype in a museum.

The seat 96% is made of recycled carbon fiber, and only 4% of the new carbon fiber unidirectional belt is mainly used in the backrest and skeleton parts.

Robot for reproducing carbon fiber ribbon placement, not only can be produced in large quantities, but also to ensure the independence of each seat pattern.

The seat made of recycled carbon fiber material is very strong, comfortable, and very light, only 2.1kg.
