    Guidelines for the construction of standards system for intelligent manufacturing in textile industry (2018 Edition)


    Intelligent manufacturing is the main direction of "made in China" 2025, and an important measure to implement the strategy of manufacturing power in China.

    Promoting intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry is an inevitable choice to promote the pformation and upgrading of the textile industry in the new era and create new international competitive advantages. It is of great significance for cultivating the new growth kinetic energy of our textile economy and preemption of a new round of industrial competition commanding heights. It is an important move to promote textile manufacturing to a middle and high end and realize a strong textile power.

    "Intelligent manufacturing, standards first."

    In order to vigorously promote the implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing in China, the Ministry of industry and the National Standards Committee jointly formulated the national guidelines for the construction of intelligent manufacturing standards system (2015 and 2018 Editions).

    The construction guide focuses on the advantages of China's manufacturing industry, taking into account the needs of pformation and upgrading of traditional industries, and provides a standard guide for promoting intelligent manufacturing in China.

    In order to promote the implementation of the "guide to construction" in the textile industry, speed up the construction of the intelligent manufacturing standard system in textile industry, and provide the standard strategy and technological foundation for textile intelligent manufacturing.


    First, the status quo of textile intelligent manufacturing and standardization

    (1) development status of textile intelligent manufacturing

    Driven by the new wave of technological revolution and industrial revolution, especially the "China made 2025", "intelligent manufacturing development plan (2016-2020 years)", "the new generation of artificial intelligence development plan" and "textile industry development plan (2016-2020 years)", China's textile industry has developed from automation, digitalization, networking to intellectualization, and has made great progress in promoting intelligent manufacturing.

    Textile equipment generally adopts digital control technology, configuration network interface and on-line monitoring, so that textile equipment has a high level of digitalization and automation, and also has certain intelligent functions.

    Through the application of the new generation of numerical control technology, the digital automatic dyeing technology and equipment, the new intelligent environmental high speed desizing and boiling bleaching machine, the efficient cotton spinning comber, the automatic doffing roving machine, the coarse and fine conveying system and the yarn library automatic feeding automatic winding machine have been broken through and applied in the enterprise, which greatly improved the level and efficiency of the new textile equipment and technology.

    In recent years, intelligent production process has made significant progress in many production sectors of the textile industry.

    The development of management system has realized the collection, integration and management of the whole process data from spinning, cleaning, roving, spinning and winding to the whole production process. The automatic computerized mixing system and the application of MES system have been applied to on-line inspection, automatic control and automatic distribution of fabric dyeing process. The automatic cheese dyeing system has realized automatic and batching of dyes and auxiliaries, and automatic and continuous production lines have been built. The application of three dimensional human body measuring equipment and three dimensional virtual fitting system, garment intelligent sewing equipment and hanging system has promoted the commercialization of personalized virtual fitting and automation of garment production.     Clothing home textile enterprises use cloud computing, big data and other technologies to carry out modeling analysis, track and trace the products sold, optimize customer service, improve product design and production; spin machine enterprises set up user oriented remote service platform, interact with the field equipment through cloud software, and provide value-added services such as online monitoring, remote upgrading, fault diagnosis and other services; software service providers pass the cloud platform, according to the needs of textile enterprises, provide SAAS rental services for industrial software.

    4. new modes of intelligent manufacturing continue to emerge.

    The use of Internet technology and digital technology to achieve mass customization and network collaborative manufacturing has led to the development of new textile manufacturing models and new formats.

    With the increase of typical enterprises in realizing large-scale customization of garments, the large-scale customization of home textile enterprises has begun to push forward. Enterprises use the Internet technology to connect the supply chain, create collaborative manufacturing ecology, realize agile and flexible manufacturing, provide personalized customization services for consumers, and constantly promote the new mode and new format of intelligent manufacturing of textile and clothing.

    5. the pilot project of intelligent manufacturing led the development of the industry.

    Since 2015, the Ministry of industry and Commerce has carried out the pilot demonstration of intelligent manufacturing for three years. A number of advanced models emerged in the textile industry, which led to the overall upgrading of automation, digitalization, networking and intellectualization of chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, and garment manufacturing in China.

    By the end of 2017, the intelligent manufacturing projects carried out by 12 enterprises in the textile industry were included in the Ministry of industry's pilot demonstration. 18 projects were included in the new mode of intelligent manufacturing and the standard verification platform.

    At present, the whole industry has formed a number of intelligent filament production workshop, intelligent spinning factory, knitted underwear intelligent factory, automatic yarn dyed yarn dyed yarn production line, large-scale garment customization, network collaborative manufacturing and home textile intelligent factory, and so on, leading the development of intelligent manufacturing industry.

    China's textile intelligent manufacturing has achieved initial results, but the foundation of Intelligent Manufacturing in China's textile industry is relatively weak.

    Compared with more than 30 thousand Textile Enterprises above Designated Size in the country, some typical demonstration experiments of textile intelligent manufacturing are rare at present, and can not reflect the overall level of the industry.

    The vast majority of textile enterprises are still in the intersection of 2 and 3 industries, and develop to the stage of industrial 4. Industries 2, 2.5 and 3 still need to make up for lessons. They need to speed up the deep integration with information technology, and even need to achieve "Internet +" stride across.

    Generally speaking, China's textile industry intelligent manufacturing is still in its infancy.

    Two, under the special platform of national intelligent manufacturing comprehensive standardization research and experimental verification, textile universities, scientific research institutions and enterprises have carried out research and experimental verification of relevant standards such as equipment communication interface, information model, mutual interconnection, industrial Internet of things and other related standards in chemical fiber, spinning, knitting, dyeing and finishing, and garment large-scale customization.

    Three, in the process of intelligent pformation and upgrading, some textile enterprises have applied a large number of basic technical standards for intelligent manufacturing, and combined with their own equipment, technology and production practice, accumulated rich experience in standardization of intelligent manufacturing enterprises, which played an important role in enhancing the level of intelligent manufacturing.


    However, there are scattered, chaotic and slow problems in the standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing in China. Standardization work can not keep up with the development needs of textile intelligent manufacturing practice.

    The standardization of the intelligent manufacturing industry in textile industry lacks top-level design and overall planning. The main body and resources of the standardization research are scattered. The research work only focuses on the formulation of the intelligent individual needs of the enterprise, lacks the research on the common technology and standardization demand of the intelligent manufacturing industry, and the research work of the spinning intelligent manufacturing standard can not be focused, and the key points are not outstanding, and the resultant force can not be formed.

    At the national level, there is a lack of effective communication mechanism for the comprehensive standardization research and experimental verification of textile related intelligent manufacturing. There is a duplication of duplication among projects, and the research results are not systematic.

    In short, standard work can not well support and lead the development of textile intelligent manufacturing, so it is urgent to strengthen systematic research.

    Two. General requirements for standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing

    (1) the guiding ideology is guided by the guidelines for the construction of the national intelligent manufacturing standard system. We should speed up the implementation of the national common standards and key technology standards for intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry, focus on the characteristics and technology of textile intelligent manufacturing, and establish three levels of textile intelligent manufacturing standard system in the textile industry general, key technologies and professional fields.

    We should establish a standardized working mechanism with government guidance, extensive participation of society and enterprises, and promote the establishment of a new standard system coordinated by the government to formulate and standardize the market independently, so as to provide effective standard support for textile intelligent manufacturing.

    (two) basic principles

    Problem oriented, highlight the key.

    Taking the lack of textile intelligent manufacturing standard as the breakthrough point, the standardization requirements of textile intelligent manufacturing are systematically combed, and the standard system of textile intelligent manufacturing is constructed.

    At this stage, we must seize the emphasis of the standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing, highlight the interoperability and interoperability of textile intelligent manufacturing equipment and the characteristics of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry, and speed up the development of relevant standards.

    The foundation is first, and the urgent need is highlighted.

    The construction of the standard system for textile intelligent manufacturing should be based on the basic general standards applicable to all fields of textile industry, and extract the general textile intelligent manufacturing terminology, system architecture and common technical standards of textile fields in various fields, so as to provide the basis for the textile intelligent manufacturing standard system.

    At the present stage, efforts should also be made to solve the most urgent lack of standards in the practice of textile intelligent manufacturing, and speed up the automation and digitalization of textile equipment, intelligent textile production line and intelligent workshop, intelligent factory and collaborative manufacturing standards, so as to meet the urgent needs of textile intelligent manufacturing standards.

    Linking up and matching, highlighting characteristics.

    Textile intelligent manufacturing is a new mode of production which is deeply integrated with the new generation of information technology and textile manufacturing technology. The standard system of textile intelligent manufacturing should be integrated with the national intelligent manufacturing standard system, and guided by information and manufacturing technology standards, and guided by the basic commonality and key technical standards of the national intelligent manufacturing standard system.

    At the same time, combined with the development level and industry characteristics of textile intelligent manufacturing, it is necessary to study the industrial application of basic common and key technology standards of national intelligent manufacturing, and highlight the development of industry standard.

    Intelligent manufacturing is a cross domain, interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary field. The standardized development of textile intelligent manufacturing is a pioneering and innovative work.

    According to the stage characteristics of the standardization work of textile intelligent manufacturing, which is still in the initial stage of exploration and exploration, it is necessary to study and formulate the CNTAC standard, carry out verification and implementation, and ensure the advancement and adaptability of the standard.

    For the commonweal standards such as basic commonalities and key technologies of the industry, after the conditions are ripe, the government will switch to the government standard.

    (three) construction objectives

    According to the development path of three basic paradigms of Intelligent Manufacturing in China: digitalization, networking and intellectualization, at present, the textile industry should promote three basic paradigms of textile intelligent manufacturing in phases, consolidate the first, second paradigms, further promote digitalization and networking, realize interoperability, information security and functional safety of textile intelligent equipment, and establish intelligent production workshop and factory for textile enterprise production decision, quality control and whole process traceability.

    We focus on promoting the development and application of intelligent manufacturing generic technology and empowerment technology driven by AI, and developing support technologies and empowerment tools such as intelligent sensing, pattern recognition, perception, learning, analysis, reasoning, decision making, and implementation intelligence in textile production process, providing powerful technical support for the new generation of intelligent manufacturing in textile industry.

    By 2020, we focused on the key technologies such as digitalization, interconnection, information fusion and industrial Internet of things, which are closely related to textile intelligent manufacturing, and formed a series of key technical standards, such as object identification, data exchange, digital workshop, etc. for textile process. We also accelerated the application validation and implementation of standards, and initially established the textile intelligent manufacturing standard system, which basically met the urgent need for standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing in China.

    By 2025, we have established a relatively perfect standard system for textile intelligent manufacturing, basically realizing the full coverage of the application standards of textile intelligent manufacturing, general industry, key technologies and professional fields, and have been widely applied in enterprises, basically meeting the standardization requirements of textile intelligent manufacturing in China.

    Three, textile intelligent manufacturing standard system framework

    Following the construction ideas of the guide for the construction of national intelligent manufacturing standard system, the guide establishes a textile intelligent manufacturing standard system in three steps, namely, the textile intelligent manufacturing system structure, the textile intelligent manufacturing standard system structure and the textile intelligent manufacturing standard system framework.

    (1) textile intelligent manufacturing system architecture

    Textile intelligent manufacturing is the form of Intelligent Manufacturing in the textile industry. The architecture of textile intelligent manufacturing system complies with and accords with the general framework of intelligent manufacturing system.     In the national intelligent manufacturing standard architecture chart, textile intelligent manufacturing is located in the "industry application" part.

    As an industry standard system, the standard system of textile intelligent manufacturing is also a system. It consists of three parts, namely, the general application of textile intelligent manufacturing industry, the key technology of the industry and the application of professional fields, and forms the standard structure of textile intelligent manufacturing.

    Relying on universities and research institutes to carry out research on the framework of textile intelligent manufacturing standard system, in-depth analysis of industry and enterprise standardization requirements for textile intelligent manufacturing, mining industry characteristics of textile intelligent manufacturing, and building a textile intelligent manufacturing standard system framework covering the whole process of textile manufacturing.

    (two) to promote the application of national basic standards for general and key technologies for intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry, in-depth study and Research on the guiding ideology, intelligent manufacturing system architecture, standard system structure and framework established by the guide for the construction of national intelligent manufacturing standard system, organize the common standards and key technical standards of Intelligent Manufacturing Based on the guidelines for the construction of national intelligent manufacturing standard system, and combine the characteristics of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry to promote the basic general standards of terms such as intelligent manufacturing, terminology, safety, inspection and evaluation, as well as the implementation of key technologies such as smart sensors, Internet of things, industrial robots, digital workshop and factory OPC 5, intelligent empowerment and industrial Internet in the textile industry.

    (three) developing the general, key technology and professional application standards of textile intelligent manufacturing industry, based on the vigorous implementation of the basic and key technology standards of national intelligent manufacturing, in-depth analysis of the characteristics of textile intelligent manufacturing industry, mining the particularity of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry, speeding up the development of general, key technology and textile professional application standards of textile intelligent manufacturing industry, serving the standardization demand of textile intelligent manufacturing in depth.

    Combined with the research on the comprehensive standardization project of Intelligent Manufacturing in the Ministry of industry and information technology in recent years, the main contents of the research and formulation of textile intelligent manufacturing standards in the next 3-5 years should be based on the digitalization of the textile equipment and information interconnection, focusing on the construction of the digital workshop in various professional fields of textile, and the comprehensive standard of information system including equipment monitoring layer, MES production execution layer and ERP enterprise management level.

    Mainly include:

    1. continue to formulate CNC system standards for textile machine equipment, make up for the shortage of control system standards in the textile machinery standard system, and revise the equipment numerical control system standards in time to keep up with the pace of technological development.

    2. the real time on-line inspection system of production equipment, the production process and the real time detection method standard for the production equipment in various fields of textile are formulated, and the technical requirements of the hardware as well as the monitoring range and the monitoring parameters are put forward to realize the high efficiency and high precision monitoring of the textile production process.

    3., develop the equipment interface standards for various professional fields in textile industry, and make preparations for the interconnection of information and the elimination of information islands.

    4. to develop technical standards for production dynamic information interconnection and interoperability in various fields of textile, including information interoperability standard between host and host, host and auxiliary systems (equipment), equipment and MES, MES and ERP, so as to realize dynamic data extraction and pmission.

    7., develop ERP and MES information fusion and pmission standards, open up the barriers between the bottom production equipment and management system, and achieve the linking of information flow in textile digitalized workshop (factory).

    8., develop a series of standards for robots in various fields, standardize and guide the application and manufacture of robots.

    In the next 5-10 years, we will develop a series of standards for identification, data collection and data exchange for textile process. Based on textile processing data, textile equipment status data, textile process data and textile logistics control data, we will build textile intelligent production, intelligent management, intelligent logistics, process execution, and textile process optimization models, form a series of standards for textile intelligent plant operation, realize big data analysis and intelligent decision making in textile manufacturing, apply artificial intelligence technology such as deep learning to the key links of textile production, and carry out research on intelligent service standards such as large-scale customization of garment, textile equipment operation and maintenance service, network collaborative manufacturing, textile quality control and textile process intelligent service.

    (four) speed up the popularization and application of textile intelligent manufacturing standards.

    On the basis of vigorously developing the application standards of textile and intelligent manufacturing industry in general, key technologies and textile fields, we should select typical enterprises in the textile industry chain to carry out standard verification application, and integrate universities, research institutes, intelligent equipment suppliers, system integrators, production enterprises and other interested parties to carry out collaborative innovation of textile intelligent manufacturing standards, promote the outstanding achievements of textile intelligent manufacturing standardization in the whole industry, and form a demonstration, providing standard support for the pformation and upgrading of China's textile industry.

    Five, policy recommendations

    (1) strengthen government guidance and increase policy and financial support.

    The departments in charge of industry and standardization departments should strengthen the guidance for standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing, make top-level design of textile intelligent manufacturing standardization, formulate targeted policies, increase financial support, and organize and promote the construction of textile intelligent manufacturing standard system.

    Textile intelligent manufacturing is a cross industry, cross domain innovative production mode, and its standardization work requires the participation of all parties concerned.

We will study the standardization solutions of textile intelligent manufacturing, and participate in the linkage with other parties to jointly promote the construction of the standard system for textile intelligent manufacturing.

    (three) give full play to the role of trade associations in organizing and coordinating, and speed up the construction of textile intelligent manufacturing standard system.

    We should increase support through the government's purchase of services, give full play to the management functions of the Federation's unified standardization of industrial standardization, strengthen the unified organization and coordination of the standardization of textile intelligent manufacturing, and promote the resultant force of relevant parties.

    We will make good use of the China Textile Union standard working platform to promote the coordinated development of the textile intelligent manufacturing standard complete set system.
