In March 8, 2019, the company received a notice from Mr. Xiang Zhifeng, a member of the controlling shareholder, to lift the pledge repurchase paction of some of its shares held by the company.

Mr. Xiang Zhifeng, on March 7, 2019 and 8, pledged to sell 35700000 shares of the tradable conditional shares of Zhejiang Merchants Securities Company through stock pledge repurchase pactions. The specific contents are detailed in the August 15, 2018 announcement of the announcement on the pledge of shares held by controlling shareholders of the company (announcement number: 2018-040)] in which 23800000 shares of the tradable shares were sold in advance and partially repurchased, and the stock lifting procedures were completed, and the remaining 11900000 shares of the tradable shares were repurchased at the end of the month of maturity. The date of maturity was still August 13, 2019 in March 7, 2019.

The number of shares in this solution accounted for 0.37% of the total share capital of the company.

As of March 8, 2019, Mr. Xiang Zhifeng held 107411249 shares of the company, accounting for 3.30% of the total share capital of the company.

After the lifting of the share pledge, Mr. Xiang Zhifeng accumulated 34900000 shares of the pledge company, accounting for 32.49% of the shares held by his company, accounting for 1.07% of the total share capital of the company.

The controlling shareholder of the company, Mr. Nguyen Shui long, Mr. Ruan Weixiang and Mr. Xiang Zhifeng, acted as an unanimous person, holding 843386779 shares of the company's shares, accounting for 25.92% of the total share capital of the company, of which the total number of pledged shares was 120460000 shares, accounting for 14.28% of the number of shares held by the controlling shareholders, accounting for 3.70% of the total share capital of the company.
