During the period, the main brand "Liang Zi" and "Rhine" achieved 32.54% and 24.24% growth respectively.
Headquartered in Beijing, the company said that women's clothing business was dominated by offline stores, and the proportion of direct outlets was high. In the background of the end of the Internet dividend period and the slowdown in the growth of e-commerce sales, the brand advantage was gradually highlighted.
At the end of the reporting period, there were 511 shops, including 378 self operated shops, 127 outlets, 6 online channels, and 57 total stores.
In 2018, the company as the largest shareholder, holding 26.53% of the Korean children's clothing group Agabang & Company (013990S.KQ) earned 660 million 700 thousand yuan, but affected the company's combined net profit of -2397.23 million yuan.
During the reporting period, akakon has completed the establishment of the domestic aka state brand sales channels: self owned shops 19 (Agabang Gallery store), distribution and franchise 14 (Agabang Gallery collection shop, mother and child shop in the shop), online channels 3.
The company's business pformation in recent years has achieved a business income of 479 million 600 thousand yuan, up 87.26% from 2017. During the reporting period, the combined net profit of the company contributed 27 million 519 thousand yuan, up 43.42% from 2017 in 2018.
Among them, "Milan Bai Yu" and "crystal skin medical beauty" six and "high life", have completed the 2018 performance commitments made at the time of the acquisition.
In the same period last year, the sales revenue of the group was 105 million 200 thousand yuan, and the net profit after the merger was 92 million 705 thousand and 200 yuan, up 22.46% from 2017.
