Recently, the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce announced that this year, Shenyang will improve the cross-border electricity supplier industry and ecosystem. Relying on the status of the Northeast regional center and logistics center, it will build 3-5 foreign trade integrated service platforms and a special cross-border e-commerce Park, and jointly promote the integration of online and offline development.

In addition, Shenyang will establish 6 systems, such as information sharing, foster and introduce cross-border electricity supplier leading enterprises, and create a complete industrial chain and ecosystem.

In accordance with the principle of "multi-point layout and moderate concentration", Shenyang will build cross-border electric business core function zones and special functional zones this year. It will bring together various manufacturing enterprises, e-commerce platforms, warehousing logistics, financial credit insurance, wind control services and other cross-border e-commerce enterprises, and promote the integration and development of cross-border electricity supplier and manufacturing industry.

At the same time, Shenyang will also improve the cross-border electricity supplier policy system, striving for the national 1210 bonded stocking policy and the support of the state and provincial governments for the construction funds of the cross-border electricity business pilot area, and introduce the supporting policies for cross-border e-commerce.
