From the order meeting, the sale of the Lining brand product order (excluding Lining YOUNG) in the fourth quarter of 2019, which was held in March 2019 by the franchisee, was recorded in the middle of the 10%-20%.

In terms of channels, the retail (direct operation) channel recorded a high number of units (10-20% growth in the same period last year). As for the first quarter of March 31, 2019, the Lining sales point (excluding Lining YOUNG) recorded a low 20%-30% growth in the first quarter of the year on the whole platform (10%-20% in the same period last year).
In terms of channel, offline 10%-20% (including retail and wholesale) recorded high segment growth (low 10%-20% growth in the same period last year), among which retail channel recorded low 10%-20% growth (low 20%-30% last year), wholesale channel recorded 20%-30% low segment growth (the same period last year high unit growth), e-commerce virtual store business recorded 40%-50% low segment growth (30%-40% over the same period last year).
As of March 31, 2019, the number of Lining outlets in China (excluding Lining YOUNG) totaled 6310, with a net decrease of 34 so far this year.
Of the 34 sales outlets with a net decrease, the retail business decreased by 105, and the wholesale business increased by 71.
As of March 31, 2019, the number of sales outlets for Lining YOUNG in China totaled 815, with a net increase of 22 so far this year.
It can be seen that Lining's same store sales are in a steady and steady growth situation, while the retail sales growth of Lining wholesale channel increased significantly compared with last year, while the retail outlets continued to decrease, which continued the change direction of Lining stores last year.
