The rapid biological enzyme treatment is a technical feature, aiming at tackling key difficulties in the key technology of continuous processing of wool top, which has laid a theoretical and technological foundation for the realization of the continuous shrinking and shrinking processing of wool tops. And through technological integration, a continuous and fast automatic wool top anti shrinking processing technology, equipment and production line dedicated to wool tops has been successfully developed for the first time. A chlorine free, fast and stable shrink proof processing target has been achieved. A new type of chlorine free shrink resistant top with ecological characteristics has been developed. The product meets the technical requirements of the shrink proof product (IWS TM31 (5 * 5A)) and has good anti pilling performance. The project is continuous.

At present, Changshu's Xinguang top processing Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang new Australia textile Limited by Share Ltd have respectively built 1 production lines with an annual output of 2200 tons, and put them into formal production.

The project has applied for 1 international patents, 4 national invention patents and 2 utility models, among which 2 are authorized, 1 are international open (Japan), and 8 papers have been published, of which 4 have been collected by SCI and EI.

Since the implementation of the project, the cumulative sales revenue has reached 189 million 787 thousand yuan, and achieved good economic results.

According to the introduction, the project has received the attention of the IWS and has the conditions to pay the technology to the advanced countries abroad. It also broke through the traditional cognition of the applied characteristics of the enzyme in textile industry for a long time. It is of great significance to promote green manufacturing and raise the level of scientific and technological innovation.
