The Ministry of ecology and environment has just announced the list of 115 key sewage disposal units with automatic monitoring data in the first quarter of 2019. It also supervised the emission of major pollutants discharged by 6 key sewage disposal units such as Tian Zhen County Guangxia thermal power limited liability company and other 6 key sewage disposal units.

From the geographical distribution, Shanxi (31), Liaoning (11), Hebei (6), Shandong (6), Henan (6), Gansu (6) and Xinjiang production and Construction Corps (6) 7 provinces (Regiment) seriously exceeded the number of units before the list of seven, a total of 72, accounting for more than 100% of the total number of 62.6%.

From the perspective of type distribution, 58 waste gas units accounted for 50.4% of the total number of severely exceeded units, of which 25 were thermal supply units, and the remaining 33 units involved in metal smelting, chemical, fertilizer, energy exploitation, petroleum, paper making, pesticide, manufacturing and other industries; 13 wastewater plants accounted for 11.3%, and 44 sewage treatment plants accounted for 38.2% of the total.

Among them, Yuncheng Shanxi Yangmei Fung hi fertilizer (Group) Co., Ltd. Linyi Branch, Yuncheng Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanxi Xiangfen county sewage treatment plant, Shanxi County, Guangzhou City, Guangxia thermal power limited liability company, Jilin County Nongan County Haig urban sewage treatment Co., Ltd. and Hainan Province, Ding An county Hainan Water Investment Co., Ltd. (Ding An county sewage treatment plant) and other 6 sewage disposal units have repeatedly investigated repeated offenders and long-term over standard problems. The Ministry of ecology and environment decided to supervise the above 6 sewage disposal units seriously exceeding the standard and discharge environmental offences, so as to effectively spanmit pressure and fulfill their responsibilities and promote the discharge of pollutant discharge units.

The basic situation and supervision requirements of 6 units seriously exceeding the standard are as follows:

1. Tian Zhen Guangxia Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the average daily emission of atmospheric pollutants in the first quarter of 2019 exceeded 90 days. Among them, dust exceeded the standard for 90 days, sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard for 86 days, and nitrogen oxides exceeded the standard for 73 days.

The supervision request: punish the illegal behaviors of pollutant discharge units exceeding the standard, and punish them in accordance with the law. During the rectification period, it can be ordered to restrict production according to the actual situation.

Supervision period: 6 months from the date of issuance of this notice.

Two, Shanxi Yangmei Fung hi fertilizer industry (Group)

Linyi Branch, a limited liability company

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the average daily emission of atmospheric pollutants in the first quarter of 2019 exceeded 83 days. Among them, dust exceeded the standard for 71 days, sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard for 70 days, and nitrogen oxides exceeded the standard for 24 days.

Three. Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co., Ltd.

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the average daily emission of atmospheric pollutants in the first quarter of 2019 exceeded 87 days. Among them, dust exceeded the standard for 4 days, and sulfur dioxide exceeded the standard for 87 days.

Four. Xiangfen county sewage treatment plant

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the daily average of the pollutant discharge concentration exceeded 25 days in the first quarter of 2019. Among them, ammonia nitrogen exceeded 11 days, COD exceeded 24 days.

The supervision request: punish the illegal behaviors of pollutant discharge units exceeding the standard, and punish them in accordance with the law. During the rectification period, it can be ordered to restrict production according to the actual situation.

Supervision period: 6 months from the date of issuance of this notice.

Five. Haig urban sewage in Nong'an County

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the daily average of the pollutant discharge concentration exceeded 88 days in the first quarter of 2019. Among them, ammonia nitrogen exceeded 76 days, COD exceeded 49 days.

Six. Hainan Water Investment Co., Ltd.

Basic situation: according to the automatic monitoring data and the verification of the ecological environment department, the daily average of the pollutant discharge concentration exceeded 90 days in the first quarter of 2019. Among them, ammonia nitrogen exceeded 90 days, COD exceeded 33 days.

The supervision request: punish the illegal behaviors of pollutant discharge units exceeding the standard, and punish them in accordance with the law. During the rectification period, it can be ordered to restrict production according to the actual situation.

Supervision period: 6 months from the date of issuance of this notice.

It is understood that in addition to the above mentioned introduction of the Shanxi City Guangxia thermal power limited liability company and the Yangyang coal and fertilizer industry group limited liability company, the emissions of Linyi Branch are seriously exceeding the standard. The average daily emission of atmospheric pollutants in the first quarter of Shanxi Jianlong Industrial Co., Ltd. exceeded 87 days; the daily average of water pollutant emission in the first quarter of Xiangfen county sewage treatment plant exceeded 25 days; the daily average of water pollutant emission concentration in the first quarter of Nongan county sewage treatment Co., Ltd. exceeded 88 days; the daily average of water pollutant emission concentration of Hainan Water Investment Co., Ltd. (Ding an County sewage treatment plant) in the first quarter exceeded the standard 90 days.

The Ministry of ecology and environment has requested the enterprises to rectify within a specified time limit and achieve the target discharge within 6 months. During the rectification period, it can be ordered to restrict production according to the actual situation.

Reporters learned from the Ministry of ecology and environment, since this year, China's air and water environment situation is still grim. In 1-5 months, there were significant differences between the 4 provinces of Shanxi, Jilin, Guangdong and Gansu.
