Entering the third floor of the Li Lang testing center, a "quality problem Gallery" attracted the attention of reporters. "I always had the habit of filing product problems before, but at that time I used the form of images. By chance, I found that our department is the most frequent place between the technical department, R & D department, sales department and other departments. If we change the image into physical objects, we can more directly affect the concept of quality improvement. Ye Moujin said frankly.

"At the beginning, most of the quality tests were based on physical examination such as chromatic aberration, fabric and so on. There was no professional machine. The company tried to buy some testing equipment, plus a series of testing equipment I studied, and the detection level was further improved. Ye Moujin told reporters that in the pre production process such as prenatal sampling and clothing design, quality control and after-sale will reduce many problems. "Control from the development side is more effective than the later adjustment, and it also saves more costs, and can better maintain the brand's value in the hearts of consumers."

Ye proved that it is right for ye to pay much attention to the quality management system. "The most intuitive manifestation is that the return rate of Internet terminals has declined in recent years.
