In July 16th, Xia Lingmin, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and chairman of circulation branch, went to Cixian to investigate the development of local children's clothing industry. At the symposium, Liu Junbo, standing committee member of the Cixian county Party committee and deputy county magistrate, introduced the basic situation of the development of children's clothing industry in Cixian. Cixian county magistrate Zhang Lichao said that the Cixian county Party committee and the government attached great importance to the children's clothing industry. The children's clothing industry had an advantage that the local employment could not be duplicated. The children's clothing industry was very important to Cixian, and the government will continue to promote the development of children's clothing industry. Zhang Lichao also said that Cixian children's clothing should be top-level design, industrial planning, children's clothing incubator, product design, electric business, big data, rich new formats, strengthening talent construction, going out to come in, strengthening trade exchanges, and speeding up the development of children's clothing industry in Cixian.

Xia Lingmin pointed out that the textile and garment industry is the traditional pillar industry of our national economy, an important livelihood industry, and an industry that constantly creates new advantages.
