Lanxi Textile Industry Transformation And Upgrading Into The Fast Lane

In July 18th, at the mobilization meeting of the intelligent manufacturing demonstration city of textile industry in Lanxi, 9 pilot enterprises signed an agreement with the general contractors and suppliers of intelligent manufacturing to carry out digital transformation and upgrade, and carry out weaving automation. This marks the opening of Lanxi's textile manufacturing industry.

Textile industry is an important pillar industry in Lanxi, but homogenization competition is serious, production efficiency is low, and added value is low. To speed up the transformation and upgrading of the textile industry, since last year, the provincial intelligent manufacturing expert committee has been in Lanxi, focusing on "digital manufacturing and industry platform services" to carry out special research, and to provide a prescription for the transformation of Lanxi's textile industry.

In June of this year, Lanxi formally proposed the establishment of an intelligent manufacturing demonstration city in textile industry. Subsequently, Lanxi introduced the implementation plan, the overall goal is to create textile industry intelligent manufacturing demonstration city through 3 years or so, and gradually realize the textile enterprise's equipment networking, data connection, paperless, process transparency, workshop reduction, management visualization, service platform, solve a number of outstanding problems in textile enterprises, and achieve the interconnection of enterprise equipment data, ERP, MES, CRM and other systems, and build more than 200 intelligent production lines, more than 100 intelligent workshops (warehouses), 50 intelligent factories, and basically realize "enterprise digital manufacturing, industry platform services".

In the 7 to December of this year, the key point is to introduce digital engineering general contractor, industry cloud platform service provider, digital engineering technology and Intelligent Technology Research Institute to form a supply system of "enterprise digital manufacturing and industry platform service", and to carry out the pilot project of digital manufacturing and platform service for selected 9 enterprises, and create a model for the development of the industry. From January 2020 to December 2021, Lanxi will sum up the advanced experience and practices of the pilot enterprises, and promote the digitalized transformation of the textile enterprises on the 100 family regulations, and create the working experience and implement the "comprehensive industry extension and extension service".

In the process of creation, Lanxi will vigorously carry out policy support. After implementing the intelligent transformation project to the enterprises in the textile manufacturing industry, after the acceptance of the expert group, the subsidy will be given according to 50% of the soft, hardware and cloud input. The new equipment will be subsidized according to the technical reform policy. The total subsidy is not more than 5 million yuan. In the promotion stage, the subsidy will be provided by 25% of the soft, hardware and cloud input, and the new equipment will be subsidized by the technical reform policy. The total subsidy will not exceed 2 million 500 thousand yuan. To guide the general contractor to give preferential treatment to the cost of software and services to be included in the digitalized transformation of the pilot enterprises.

For the intelligent manufacturing service registered in Lanxi, Lanxi will provide 10% of the annual income of the Lanxi textile industry in terms of intelligent manufacturing technology consultation, solution design and maintenance services, which will not exceed 1 million yuan per year, with a term of 3 years. The Lanxi municipal finance will also arrange a special fund of 500 thousand yuan (a period of three years) for the establishment of the intelligent manufacturing demonstration city in the textile industry, and carry out research and tackling of common technical problems and difficult problems in the industry.

At the same time, Lanxi financial institutions will strengthen financial support for intelligent manufacturing in textile industry, increase investment in credit resources, reduce costs and product innovation, and provide innovative financial services through various modes of cooperation, such as receivables chain, buyer's credit, equipment leasing, equipment outsourcing, industrial fund and so on. The city policy Guarantee Corporation provides special guarantee loans to intelligent manufacturing enterprises that do not exceed 5 million yuan in each pilot and promotion phase.
