How to promote collaborative innovation and integrity win win in China's children's clothing industry? Where is the reconstruction and transformation of China's children's clothing supply chain system? The future of Chinese children's clothing will follow the direction of independent innovation.


    This conference takes the forums and exhibitions as the main axis, with the digitalization of the supply chain as the core, condenses the global frontiers, solutions and business practices, listens to the most forward-looking opinion leaders, demonstrates the technology and innovation of the fashion frontier, promotes the digital upgrading of children's clothing industry, and seeks new impetus and direction for the development of enterprises, promoting the progress of Chinese children's clothing business and shaping the new competitiveness of children's clothing industry.


    At the supply chain meeting, Chen Dapeng, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China clothing association, pointed out that faced with the new situation, embracing new ideas, new technologies and new modes of resource allocation and production organization transformation, building a digital supply chain system with information sharing, management synergy, joint innovation, integrity and win-win and sustainable development is becoming an important work for the development of Chinese children's clothing industry and the upgrading of children's clothing brand. The competitive advantage of China's children's clothing industry supply chain is gradually taking shape.


    Jin Liang, director of Semir supply chain, shared the theme of "new demand for brand supply chain in the new era". Influenced by the slow growth of GDP and the declining proportion of clothing and expenditure of residents, building a digital driven and highly efficient industrial chain model has become the industry consensus. Balbala children's clothing has been looking for the right position, developing the direction of the international brand and building an effective supply chain organization to dig out the needs of the customers and provide a one-stop good product for the customers.


    Guan Shaozhou, CEO, shared the theme of "Internet thinking reshaping the supply chain". Facing the passenger flow, relying on the business circle and the slow transfer of goods, unable to meet the customers' needs and other retail industry pain points, and using the Internet information technology to create a flexible supply chain, the realization of efficient full channel retailing has become a top priority. And around the new retail "people, goods, field" who is the core competition, he believes that "goods" is still the core.


    In the era of individuation, diversification and high cost, how to create flexible supply chain has become the core competitiveness of enterprises. Laponi, chairman of the board of directors, said that in the exploration and practice of flexible supply chain by Laponi, Chen Kaien summed up the strict control of production and quality and the construction of information technology as the key to realize the flexible supply chain.
