On the afternoon of August 27th, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between Qiingdao University and Qingdao Tianyi group was held in the West Coast new area. Through friendly consultation, the two sides decided to jointly build the Qingdao smart textile industrial park project in the West Coast new area of Qingdao. Carry out all-round and deep cooperation in aspects of production, teaching, research and utilization. It is reported that the Qingdao intelligent textile industrial park project is located in the high-end equipment industry park of the marine high tech Zone, covering an area of 1200 mu, with a planned investment of 10 billion, a construction period of 5 years, and a built output value of 12 billion yuan after the completion. The sales revenue of headquarters enterprises is 8 billion yuan. The annual tax revenue was 1 billion 200 million yuan, and 3000 new jobs were added. The textile industrial park consists of eight major sectors: scientific research block, new fiber material and special functional material plate, intelligent textile equipment plate, functional textile and nonwoven textile plate, advanced information technology + textile industry plate, education and training plate, industrial experience and vitality fashion plate, service guarantee plate and so on. The smart textile industry park will seize the two main lines of new textile materials, intelligent textile equipment research and development, and create three platforms for scientific research, innovation, advanced production and intelligent service. At the signing ceremony of the day, the two sides also decided to upgrade the Qingdao Qingda Tianyi new material and equipment research institute to the Qingdao Qingda Tianyi Research Institute. The two sides exchanged office personnel, and they were responsible for dynamic exchanges and horizontal exchanges between the relevant functional departments, R & D institutions and textile industrial parks of Qiingdao University. The Institute has a professional research center.

The two sides will also carry out comprehensive cooperation in education. According to the agreement, the textile industrial park is the base of Qiingdao University's innovation and entrepreneurship, teaching practice, fashion design and art sketch. The two sides are actively striving to establish academician workstations, post doctoral workstations, expert teaching workshops, joint declaration of key state laboratories, engineering technology centers and other public technology platforms of service technology enterprises in the textile industrial park, and the specific projects will be decided by the two sides on the basis of policy and actual conditions. On the education sector, the two sides will conduct comprehensive cooperation in pre-school education, basic education and high-end education in the West Coast new area of Qingdao. Tianyi group fully supports the development requirements of Qiingdao University in pre-school education, basic education and high-end education in the West Coast new area. According to the ten year development plan of the education section of the park, the park now has about 200 mu of land for planning and education and scientific research. Besides, the group has more than 400 mu of planned education land outside the park (7 km away from the park), which basically meets the educational needs from basic education to higher vocational education. 2019-2023 years: set up the basic education platform of the Affiliated Primary School of Qiingdao University and the attached middle school of Qiingdao University; complete the construction area of educational housing by 80 thousand square meters, and plan to invest 200 million yuan. 2023-2026 years: improve the basic education platform, set up the Affiliated High School of Qiingdao University, implement the brand building plan, improve the quality of education and teaching in an all-round way, complete the construction area of educational housing by 30 thousand square meters, and plan to invest 300 million yuan. The 2023-2029 year: build a platform for higher vocational education and develop international cooperation in running schools, forming a complete education system from basic education to higher vocational education. The completion area of educational housing is 150 thousand square meters, and the planned investment is 500 million yuan.
