China Textile Federation Delegation Investigates Xuzhou Industrial Textiles Enterprises

In August 26th, Gao Yong, Secretary of the China Textile Industry Federation (CPC), vice chairman of the China Textile Federation, Li Lingshen, President of China Textile Industry Association, Zhu Xianmin, senior consultant of China Textile Machinery Association, Li Guimei, vice president of the middle class association, and Sun Yize, Professor of mechanical engineering, Donghua University, were invited to Xuzhou to investigate Xuzhou Heng Hui Knitting Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xinrong Thai new materials Co., Ltd. and Xuzhou Sanhuan Industrial Factory, and held a symposium with local government departments and enterprise representatives.

　　 The delegation focused on the high performance special braiding technology and equipment and industrialization projects of Donghua University and Heng Hui company. The project has established the theoretical system of special braiding and 3D prefabrication braiding through independent innovation. It has proposed a high-precision dynamic control method for twisting and tension. It has conquered the key technology of its braiding and solved the problems of weaving and weaving technology, such as marine rope, hoisting rope, communication rope, three dimensional composite pipe, telescopic tube, tube derivative, complex structure preform, and so on. It has filled the gap in China and won the "two prize of national science and technology" and "Jiangsu province science and technology innovation achievement transformation Award".

　　 After investigation, Gao Yong commended the achievements made by Heng Hui company in the industrialization of the special three-dimensional braid technology from super large diameter to super small diameter, and gave full recognition to the mode of school enterprise cooperation between Donghua University and Heng Hui company. We hope that on the basis of this cooperation, the two sides will further strengthen the extension and coordination of the production chain, pay attention to the development of applied fields, and continuously meet the needs of aerospace, defense, military, marine engineering and important livelihood areas.
