According to the website of Jiangsu provincial market supervision bureau, in the second quarter of 2019, the Jiangsu provincial market supervision bureau organized supervision and spot checks on the quality of 30 consumer goods, such as daily textiles, electronics, electrical appliances, light industrial products and so on. The products were sampled 2323 batches, qualified 1920 batches, and the average pass rate was 82.7%.
The sampling and sampling are mainly based on market entities and electricity providers, and Jiangsu production enterprises are subsidiary. Among them, 454 batches of samples were sampled in the production enterprises, 421 batches were qualified, the pass rate was 92.7%, 837 batches of samples were purchased in market entities, 717 qualified batches, the qualified rate was 85.7%, and 1032 batches of samples purchased on the electronic business platform were qualified 782 batches, with a pass rate of 75.8%.

Swimsuit. 99 batches of products were investigated, and 87 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 87.9%. The unqualified items were 2 indicators of fiber content and light fastness, 11 batches of fiber content and 1 batches of products were not qualified for light fastness.
Children's clothing. 150 batches of products were investigated, and 126 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 84%. The unqualified items were 4 indexes of fiber content, rope request, attachment tensile strength and saliva color fastness. There were 15 batches of fiber content, 5 batches of rope requirements, 4 batch products accessories tensile strength, and 1 batches of products were not qualified for saliva color fastness.
Children's shoes. 100 batches of products were investigated, and 91 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 91%. The unqualified items were safety performance, hardness of outsole, folding resistance of shoes, abrasion resistance of outer parts, formaldehyde content, free or partially hydrolyzed formaldehyde, 6 batches of products, 1 batches of product safety, 2 batches of product hardness, 1 batches of products for footwear folding resistance, 4 batches of products wear resistance at the bottom, 1 batches of formaldehyde content, and 1 batches of products free or partially hydrolyzed formaldehyde.
Baby carriage. A total of 60 batches of products were investigated, with a qualified rate of 49, with a pass rate of 81.7%, including 40 batches of child trolley products, 34 qualified batches and 85% qualified items; unqualified items were exposed open pipes, dangerous crevice, brake devices, maximum number of specific migrable elements, folding locking devices, and safety warning 6 indicators. 2 batches of exposed pipes, 1 batches of dangerous products, 3 batches of product braking devices, 1 batches of products, the maximum number of specific migrable elements, 2 batches of product folding and locking devices, and the safety warning of batch products were not qualified. 7 quality toys and plastic toys. 184 batches of products were investigated, and 168 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 91.3%. Spot checks of wooden toys unqualified items are mechanical and physical properties, identification and use instructions, migratory elements (lead and chromium) 3 indicators, 3 batches of mechanical and physical properties of products, 1 batches of products identification and use instructions, movable elements (lead, chromium) items are not qualified. The 2 indexes of mechanical and physical properties, signs and instructions are checked for the non qualified items of plastic toys. The mechanical and physical properties of 12 batch products, and the identification and use of the 4 batches of products are not qualified.
Paper diapers. 50 batches of products were investigated, and 48 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 96%. The unqualified items were 2 indicators of sliding infiltration and permeability, 1 batches of products and 1 batches of products were not qualified.
Children's floor mat. 46 batches of products were checked and 46 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 100%.
Sports helmet. 50 batches of products were investigated, and 38 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 76%. The unqualified items were 3 indicators of helmet wearing device stability, helmet wearing device strength performance, helmet absorbing and collision energy performance, 1 batches of helmet wearing device stability, 12 batch product helmet wearing device strength performance, 3 batches of helmet helmet absorbing collision energy performance is not qualified.
A bag. 60 batches of products were investigated, and 54 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 90%. Spot checks found that the batches of 6 batches of products were not qualified for the impact performance project.
Children's furniture. 240 batches of products were investigated, and 183 batches were qualified, with a pass rate of 76.3%. The unqualified items were 3 indicators of formaldehyde emission, structural safety and warning signs. The formaldehyde emission of 15 batches of products, the structural safety of 26 batches of products, and the warning signs of 53 batches of products were not qualified.
