Industry Self-Discipline "Four In One" Protection System Forum Site

Yesterday, as an important supporting activity of the 2019 Second World cloth merchants conference, a forum on copyright protection of Chinese textile fabrics with the theme of "respect for originality, innovation and development" was held in our district.

At the forum, the four province textile pattern copyright protection alliance cooperation mechanism jointly launched by the four provincial copyright management departments of Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu and Guangdong was officially signed. Protect originality, protect pattern copyright. Over the years, Shaoxing Keqiao, Guangdong Foshan, Jiangsu Nantong, Shandong Weifang four supervision departments have been sincere cooperation, formed a pattern copyright protection cooperation Union. The collaboration of the four provincial associations marks the entry of the four provinces' copyright protection into a comprehensive stage of sharing and mutual protection, creating a "precedent" in the field of national copyright protection.

Keqiao is known as "a new city on a piece of cloth", and is currently actively building the "international textile capital" in the new era. In order to add "flower" to this cloth brocade, Keqiao has been committed to copyright protection of textile fabrics since 2008. At present, administrative protection, judicial protection, arbitration mediation and industry self-discipline "four in one" protection system have been established. At the forum, Keqiao district also won the title of "pilot county (District) of strong national intellectual property rights project".

For each pattern, there is a unique identification code. At the scene, the China Textile City's copyright data center database and the pattern matching system are released in the same period. As one of the key tasks of the Keqiao district government in 2019, under the guidance of Zhejiang provincial Copyright Bureau, the system was jointly developed by the regional market supervision authority and the Zhijiang College of Zhejiang University of Technology. It has the functions of "second level" query feedback and output comparison report, and can carry out batch comparison of more than ten patterns at the same time, which indicates that the copyright protection of China Textile City has entered the "ID era".

On the afternoon of the same day, delegates also went to the China Textile CBD business park for on-site visits.

This forum will be held in two days.
